1) Hotel is too far from any good place in Bangkok. 2) Staff is polite, but the Indian Manager runs this place like a dictator, obey his command or you will be thrown out. Very rude person 3) Staying in this Hotel is just like staying in a Dharamshala, where you just want to survive the night. 4) Not recommended giving 1 rating only because of the indian breakfast, otherwise they deserve negative rating

This Hotel is located a little too far from all the nice Markets , Eateries , Malls , Currency exchange counters. Only good for solo single travellers looking for value for money and also only book if you get it in a package. Otherwise at similar price you can get better hotels more closer to the city. My room didn't have a cupboard , it was challenging to manage without a cupboard for 3 nights. The breakfast was decent and included a lot of Indian food options. They have a separate menu consisting only of Indian food for lunch and dinner which is worth trying. Overall , a decent place to stay if you don't have other options available.

Reception girls are slow and lazy. No Hospitalty there in staff. Ops Lunch and Dinner is served in lobby which is already very small. waiter are not good . Food taste is so Bad and also very slow buffet replenishment its like u r coming in marriage. Its not called Buffet just a small table . Rooms are Big but too much Hot AC Not working . No Guest supplies . Rooms are like school hostel . very very Far from Market . Very difficult for Cabs Drivers to find the hotel , no one pick up telephone at desk.

Hotel is very far from city daily we spend 400 THB for visit market or inside city area,hotel manager is from India he behave very rudely with guest ,due to good commission to travel agent they select this hotel under package,not recommended

First time I got a good price with Agoda but upon checking in the hotel claimed the booking was not paid so I paid them directly. (No, they did not offer to contact Agoda to sort it.) Next day I realized what happened and spent over an hour with the hotel and Agoda sorting it. A few days later, I unexpectedly needed a place to stay at 3am. Paid the crazy THB 1300 rack rate to get a few hours of sleep ... which were cut short by construction noise in the adjacent room in the morning. When I called to complain, I was told the work would be finished in maybe an hour. So THB 1300 for a six-hour stay as I had to go somewhere else to sleep (no, they did not offer to delay the maintenance work or put me in another room). I asked to see the manager -- no manager on duty -- and then to have the name of the boss to complain, which they refused to give me. During this exchange, the phone rang and the lady who was helping me decided it was more important to pick up the call (despite other colleagues around who could have done so). This is an ok hotel otherwise. Aircon is very noisy -- hard to sleep (in both rooms in which I stayed). Staff is sorely lacking, as is management. I would not risk a stay at this place -- plenty of better managed and outfitted hotels at the same price.

this hotel is an old one but clean. It feels mostly like lodge and you can hear almost everything said int he hallway. Hotel staff is good. In the bathroom you get shower cap body shower gel and shampoo.you won't get soap bar and there no balcony. geyser is tricky .. if you keep it on very hot water will pour from shower and if you shut it down water will be very cold. so you keep switching it on and off. If you re an indian you will love the food. The breakfast buffet is customised according to Indian palette. there was bread butter juice Indian Tea, rice Sambhar, Chole puri, aloo ki sabji mix veg and coffee.

The hotel is located at a good place in bangkok not too far away from the sightseeing areas! The hotel staff very non friendly. Its just a single lift hotel. Under the hotel there are quite a few seven eleven stores. Breakfast was fine. Its a decent three star hotel but one would get clean rooms but no expectations with exceptional service as they hardly give damn. They are so weird that they even charge for the hair dryer.

No exhaust fan in bath/toilet.Worse, ventilator into the bed room!!! No mineral water provided.Instead 'purified water' is given !! Mosquitoes are there...!! Far away from city centre, no shopping can be done in and around!! Free wifi limited to 2 at a time... Dirty linen and towels....

I can't really throw all the blame at the hotel because I wasn't really in charge of selecting the hotel as the agent did it himself, and it was my first time abroad so I didn't bother. As you might see in other reviews, there's a common complaint: It's too far away. It is. I didn't check it, as I didn't bother, but anyone who wants to stay in this hotel please see the location first. It's around 6-7km away from Pratunam market, which is the centre of the city and around 9-10 km away from the grand palace. In contrast, a hotel near the market area is around 5 km from the grand palace. The location is a real problem. At mornings, you'll get taxi but as it's way too far away, at peak hours even meter taxis ask for a fixed price and refuse to go there. The only way to reach the hotel swiftly by a taxi is to take the highway which makes a hole of another 50 baht in your pocket. Another thing is, the hotel staff was either dumb or just didn't want to help. What kind of staff doesn't know where to point out the location of the hotel in the map? They even refused to tell the location of the local area the hotel was in. Really, really pathetic. Let's talk about food. Those who book from travel agents will probably get free breakfast. The menu was really blant and less but it was good. Not very good, but good. One advice I'd like to give to this hotel is to stop making Indian chapatis as they really make it bad. I would've liked more Thai menu. I obviously love Indian food but there was no Thai food option which was very, very weird. One advice to travelers eating food inside the hotel: don't. They charge horrendously and the quantity is very less. You just can't fill your stomach in. If you need food, go right or left hand side at night and you'll get 6-7 street food vendors which give really tasty food. I ate a 70rs chicken fried rice which was pretty tasty and I didn't get any stomach problems eating it either. As far as rooms are concerned, those are really good. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is comparatively big and there's regular room clean up at the mornings. I really liked the rooms. As much as I love the rooms, these 3 cons just diminished my desire to stay at that hotel. I really advice travelers to think twice or thrice before choosing this hotel as it being far away from city centre is a bad, bad luck. Especially because it's Bangkok, you'll be stuck in traffic for 30 mins for a 3 km stretch. So choose your hotel location well, folks. That'll be all!

Very poor service.... Waiter is only the luggage carrier... Rooms are just low standard... There is not even a cupboard in room for keeping clothes No locker also Locks are too undependable of room... Very low standard and uncomfortable rooms... Situated far away from indra market... No food or restaurants nearby this hotel for atleast 4-5 kms strech....
