the first time in bangkok we had many problems which we could not have done without help from the hotel. The hotel is very nice clean and the service was always available. The hotel is in a good location. Mr. O and Mr. Eff Game were our rescue and we are very thankful. For us only this hotel in question in Bangkok.
Hotel is nicely located, I would say it is an average hotel. I found the bed to be hard. We only stayed one night, as we had seen Bangkok before and needed just a hotel to continue our trip afterwards it is a good hotel to stay at in Bangkok but I would not stay more than one or two nights.
After reading some great reviews for this hotel we decided to book for 10 nights! We had an amazing time in Bangkok and the Hotel made our stay memorable. We asked for extras in our room and a room upgrade which was all done for us for arrival. Someone mentioned the pizzas and they were right they are the best! We also tried no 9 on the menu which was a Thai dish and was amazing! Be aware of the chillies. We asked the reception where the best place to book trips from and told we could book them at the hotel. We booked a couple. Worth asking at the hotel if your thinking of doing trips. Only downfall was they stop serving food at 6pm which was a bit of a pain for me personally as I struggle to walk and after a day of trudging around I just needed the night to rest. Luckily the hotel Tuk Tuk takes you to the top of the street where there is a shopping mall with a few restaurants in. There is also a supermarket on the lower floor too. The rooftop pool was a God’s send after a day in 30 degree + temps. ... for the Ladies there is a hairdryer in the room and is quite good, although the humidity I stopped trying to style my hair. Oh and another tip! Don’t flush loo roll!
There's not a great deal I can say about this hotel that has not already been covered. Great hotel, great location, outstanding level of customer service from all of the staff. Breakfast was very good, the pool open on a night time was a godsend. Tuk Tuk to the end of the street was well used. Thanks very much to all of the staff at the hotel for the great time we had there and we do intend to return. Stuart, room 701
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two days. There are many choices of hotel around there, but we decided Solo is the great one. It's very comfortable to travel. This hotel provided tuktuk for guests that's so awesome!! I like that location, it's very easy to find some food at late night. Your all staff are nice and friendly especially a tiny short hair girl who working as a reception in the night shift. She serves a superb services with her sweet smile. I definitely stay here again!!!
Have stayed here on numerous occasions now. Great clean and friendly hotel. Great staff. Very reasonably priced and in a great location. Jiratchaya Sapna the restaurant manager is very helpful and pleasant.
We stayed at solo hotel for a week of our vacation and it was everything I hoped it would be. It's well location off the main square. The room was we paid for (deluxe room) was probable the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. The included breakfast was good enough and mini bar in the room not overly priced. All the staff were very helpful. I recommend you this hotel one of the best hotel in Bangkok
Nice and friendly environment. The room was neat and so comfortable. Easy to walk to Sky Train which made it more convenient and don’t miss to try street food which is plenty out there! P.s. The staffs there were friendly. My favorite one was K.Game :-)
Loved the hotel one of the best in sukhumvit i really loved staying in this hotel. The staff all speak english and are extreamly polite especially the lady downstairs who does the breakfast Reya is so friendly and helpful. If i need anything the staff do there best to help me and make me feel at home. The rooms are always very clean, tidy and decent size rooms. The room service is always on time. 10/10 i have no problems with this hotel if im in thailand i have to visit this hotel and stay here because everything is so near to everthing u could need.i would recomend this hotel to everyone.
Not a bad hotel at all! Nothing spectacular - pool area has limited sun beds (about 5/6) in total with 3 umbrellas (one broken). Rooms are quite nice (our wardrobe door was broke!) No balcony on our room just this weird ledge that the window opened onto which you couldn't go on! Staff are friendly! Not sure why reviews are so good I've stayed at better?! Would recommend for a cheap hotel for 2/3 nights max!
