I’ve had many pleasant stays over the last couple of years. Clean, safe, and comfortable. While it might seem a bit scuffed and faded, staff are very courteous and helpful. For an area of upscale shopping malls and luxury apartments, it’s good value. I recommend the balconies.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had to change rooms after night 1. First room was not good - bad layout, poor air conditioning, no fresh air (made worse by paint fumes from hotel renovation.) Second room was a huge improvement with all of the negative issues resolved. Staff are lovely & facilitated the room change promptly. Pool is OK, buffet breakfast is OK. Good proximity to Sukhumvit Rd & Em district. Good value at the heavily discounted rate (due to aforementioned renovations) but I would never pay the full rate to stay here.

Stayed for 15 nights. Breakfast was awful. All cold items warm all warm items cold. Very little choice of food for breakfast. Staff seem unhappy most of the time Shower cold then extremely hot when I told the staff they said the while hotel was same. And offered alternate room. Room need a deep clean to remove the stains on the chairs the walls and doors. Overall cheap but poor.
