The staff are friendly. The location of the hotel is in an alley with no pedestrian walkway which is inconvenient when traveling with luggage from the BTS subway station. The breakfast buffet is ok, it isn’t great, but the food is edible. The rooms are a small similar to the size of hotel rooms in Tokyo, Japan. After my recent stays at Holiday Inn properties, I am starting to appreciate my previous stays at Hilton properties. This isn’t a negative comment towards Holiday Inn properties, but rather my own understanding of the distinctions between Holiday Inn hotels and Hilton hotels.
Clean all-round. I was on corporate rate which was very reasonable given the location. The room would be small for 2 adults but nonetheless comfortable with everything in place. Room well lit. My one dislike is d round work desk, not friendly for working with hard copies of documents. Its clean and comfortable with choice of soft and firm pillows. Plenty of power outlets n one by the bed. Quick and easy from entrance, check-in to room, no feeling like going through a maze. Breakfast is not elaborate but all you need is there. All self service, but emptied plates cleared timely.
This hotel was in a great location where you could walk to restaurants nearby and close to the Chong Nonsi BTS station which gives you easy routes to central Bangkok or down to the river. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a fair size ensuite. The breakfast provided offers a good choice and there is a large seating area to enjoy.
Chose to stay here because of friend's recommendation. It's just one minute walk from Chong Nonsi BTS and also a 7-Eleven and a row of food shops. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is a simple one located in an alley. The room is very simple by the design but really clean, cozy, and comfortable. I stayed on the 4th floor and it's quiet and I had a good rest while staying there. You have two choices of pillow, the soft and firm one provided for each room. The breakfast menu itself doesn't really vary in the types but really good in the quality. The buffet menu usually consists of fried rice, omelette, and meat (bologna or sausages). The chicken sausage is pretty delicious although it looks really pale. Then they have bread, pastries, fruits, yogurts, and salad. There are also many selections of beverages from tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot mocha chocolate, and hot chocolate. You can also have a take away drink with the paper cups. Overall this hotel is really recommended, not just because it's near the BTS, but also the great quality breakfast and the cozy room. The only thing I don't like is the lack of TV channel selection, but it doesn't really matter since I don't have much time to watch TV anyway.
Friendly fast service upon arrival gave a great start to the experience here. Clean rooms, all applicants in good working order, and a great central location, made getting around easy. If you want something simple, clean and centrally located, this is a great choice for leisure and business travel.
This hotel is centrally located in silom 400 meters to chong nonsi BTS Small basic rooms / clean / service is ok. Basic breakfast / free internet Good for budget travel. Note that the walls are hollow, so be prepared to hear sounds from other rooms and toilet flushing.
Clean and comfortable room. Receptionist are well trained and efficient especially Ms. Noon, she is polite and friendly. Bellman & Security guards are friendly too . Overall, had a pleasant stay at this hotel but breakfast buffet needs much improvement. Scramble eggs was horrible !
Nice hotel with reasonable price, it is clean and new, staffs are very very friendly. 24 hours gym room is small but comfortable, water and towel is provided inside gym room. Weighing machine is provided , the staffs even teach how to use it. The only short coming is there is not swimming pool .
Credit where credits due. Checked in after midnight was greeted fast. Staffs were friendly although sometimes they don't understand what you need at first. Within minutes walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Real convenient. Now on the negative sides: Room 539 was the first room that I was being given. You would expect a hotel to be comfortable, at least to be able to recharge, nope not a chance. There was a constant vibrating noise and finally I couldn't stand it anymore and the receptionist gave me another room so I could sleep in for the night first, so at 1.30am I was moved to 306. I have to say I'm a very sensitive to noise and guess what I could still hear it, although the receptionist said the noise, which was the pump on rooftop will only be around the lift landing area. The second morning I woke up and found the sink was chipped. Went to the reception and right after calling to the housekeeping team, she then told me that her housekeeping team was aware of it and asked whether I wanted to move to another room. NO! 3 rooms in less than 24 hours are you kidding me. So she said she would send the team to fix it. Guess what no one did. Being an elite member I didn't feel being recognized and taken care of at all. It's simply like staying in a local brand...
Rooms were very new and clean. Service was really good. Breakfast was simply and good. The best is unlimited free drinking water. Staff is very friendly. Location is very good, walking distance to BTS. Good job!
