This location has easy access to everything that we would like all in very short distance.
The staff was super friendly and attentive they looke after me and my wife well. I would give them 5 stars I would recommend to everyone going to Bangkok
It was a very good stay in here. Fortunately got upgraded to the main tower which was nice and cool, as well as clean. Free water and coffee. Staff was nice and helped us with the check in in a timely manner. Close to restaurants and main road, near the river in Bangkok
Nice pool and meeting areas in the lobby and in the conference halls. Very spacious rooms with a decent mini bar. Even the smoking rooms were clean and did not smell of smoke. All the mirrors in the bathroom were not necessary...just one over the sink.
Got a little lost as my friend and I were looking for the hotel on the side street as we walked from Surasak Train Station and found no signages pointing to the side entrance of the hotel. Had to ask man on the street where the entrance was. Had there been a signage, it would have been easy to find. Overall, our stay was pleasurable. We would stay at the hotel when we visit again.
Great hotel, all needs and amenities met. Solid 4 star...no complaints...The hotel lobby had a strong Axe body spray--it's quite nauseating. That's the only thing. Overall good hotel.
