I liked that the property was in a great location to the metro. The road was quiet and safe. Never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel. Plenty of nice dinning options around which are not jam packed with ppl. They also helped me back to my room when i was drunk. Good staff.

Very nice room service staff. Kept everything clean and nice. Got in-time repair for the AC even when it was broken in the evening after working hours. Has to go to the neighboring hotel for breakfast which is inconvenient but maybe just temporary.

The location is ideal. Breakfast was acceptable. Only need to close all the lid of the dishes at all times in order to keep warm for the next guest and keep food hygiene at all times. Need to change all shower head as it is old, rusty and not securely fasten on the wall.

Great value and comfortable

Great value for money, room was much bigger than expected, comfortable bed and fast free WiFi. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of choice at breakfast including good coffee!

room is quite clean, pillow is a bit too thin has to ask for extra, they only filled shampoo and shower gel half bottle so not enough for 2 people, breakfast was ok not many choices for vegetarian though, check in and out is no problem, parking is across the street with no roof, only room and no facility, good for a night and if you do not spend a lot of time at hotel

Used to stay in this hotel a few years back. Back then breakfast was good with more varieties, service staff busy talking to each other. Toilet shower flow rate was not consistent and pillow smells. Bad experience

ita like a 2.5 star not 4 star hotel

No USB charging facility Wifi is not free, they charge about $8 Canadain Dollars per day. Hotel reception area does not speak much English and be careful when ordering a CAB via hotel make sure the Cab driver understand the complete address otherwise you could end up in a wrong place. Finding someone who can speak English is very rare in Bangkok.

Lousy water heater system & Poor breakfast

The water heater system in RM 721 sucks, the temperature will either get very very cold or very very hot. Very difficult to take my bath evday. Informed the reception , reason given was too many guests using the heater at the same time..This happens anytime of the day - be it early in the morn or very late at nite. The bed is not firm. Sinks very badly when lying on it. Housekeeping does not change the sheets ev day . Shampoo & shower gel provided were half- emptied. On the last day of my stay, i was informed via SMS tt my flight was delayed. approached the chief receptionist for help to confirm this. Howevr he said he was busy , asked us to call the airline ourselves. Gave us the wrong nbr to call. called reception & he told us he will give us a call back but he nvr did. A bad customer experience .Will never stay in HIP hotel again

You get what you paid for it.

you must get to breakfast at 6 am or it will be cold. the hotel needs a face lift in the hallways. get some english speaking staff memeber (room services). Its not a bad hotel at all to stay if you are on a budget. its very good for a short stay also.
