Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok

Stayed here the last night of our trip and it was amazing. The place is very clean and posh, staff is super friendly and extremely helpful, shout out to Keng for all his help. The hotel is close to BTS so getting around is easy and you have a few shops and bars near by.

In my experience, Hilton hotels do not always provide a consistent level of quality. However, Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok provides a wonderful surprise. Chic, upscale, warm Asian service, lovely modern rooms and a full range of amenities all come together to make this a great final stop on our South East Asia adventure. The only thing missing is a spa, but in a city with so many options, this is hardly a problem. The staff is wonderfully warm and helpful, delivering their service with typical Asian grace. My standout is Mr. Nueng the Concierge. He has made our last minute private tour arrangements seem like a piece of cake, and we thank him sincerely!

After a very long flight from South Africa to Thailand (+- 15 hours) we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist Aum who had everything in order. When I booked our holiday I was on Diamond status so when we arrived I was disappointed that I’m down to the bronze level so I had to pay for breakfast for all 4 of us. We found it very expensive because we are are Muslim and don’t eat non halaal meat or anything with alcohol. Therefore the breakfast isnt worth it for the price that you pay. It’s cheaper to buy from the store which is nearby. Also I’d like to make a point for those of you who are or want to be a diamond member. It’s quite difficult or expensive and time consuming to withhold that status since you have to stay at approximately 8 different Hiltons or like example stay one day then go away then stay again there etc etc. The number of nights isn’t considered it says stays which we assumed is night but it’s not. You have to stay one night for example then check out then stay again that is counted as 2 stays now. I think Hilton should reconsider this as it’s quite difficult for people who are working class. When you go on holiday you go for a week not one night. Nueng was very helpful in explaining about the Songkran festival and such. I also didn’t receive any welcoming fruit platter like the other Hiltons do.very disappointing. Otherwise, I found the stay quite enjoyable and I had a nice time with my family. We are checking out tomorrow and traveling to Phuket for 7 nights.

Located next to sky train station, and many other activities and interests Service couldn't be better Great outdoor roof pool and nice adjacent gym looking over the pool For elite members can enjoy the executive lounge. Breakfast is royal Comfortable beds. C U Around

From start to finish, a great experience for a special stay at the Hilton in Bangkok. Probably the last time I get to stay as a Diamond member. We were whisked away to the Executive Lounge for check in..and complimentary drinks. The rooms were upgraded with a late check out and breakfast was included. And our room was adorned with a birthday greeting across the bed - a very nice touch! The room was large, and airy with a great view and a fabulous bathroom. Breakfasts at the Hilton continue to be an event, especially when there is the choice of a Japanese breakfast in another restaurant. From staff in the Lounge to the Concierge, all were happy to help, polite and courteous. The hotel is well located for transport; there is a laundrette across the road should you need it and the spa at the junction with Sukhumvit Road is pretty good and well priced. A pretty major mall is also within walking distance. Somebody wrote it would have been good to stay longer...that is definitely the case!!

Great location with excellent service from staff. Near train and major shopping mall. Also there are several good restaurants and local food stands near by. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant is very nice but need to book part of your stay in order to get the discount pricing.

me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel on the 8th of April and can only thank all the staff for their excellent customer service. We would like to thank Nueng especially as during our stay my boyfriend misplaced his mobile phone but was shortly returned to him thanks to Nueng. Again a massive thank you to Nueng and his helpfulness.

Excellent and friendly service. Big and nice room with a view on the busy city, but no noise from the outside. Executive lounge very comfortable and friendly employees; my only regret is a noisy group of Israelis talking very loud and invading all the spaces and stealing chairs from the other guests . On the third day only, there were proposed a room for themselves, which remove the aggressive and invasive atmosphere. Excellent WiFi everywhere. Fluffy towels and excellent rain forest shower. Excellent hotel with high standards; very efficient and friendly employees.

i stayed here in march of 2018. its an old and run down hotel with terrible service. the staff barely speaks english. i ordered room service and the menu doesnt mention all the ingredients of the dishes so i had a soy allergy. they told me the doctor wasnt available to see me. Make sure you stay away and beware at all costs.

I spent 4 nights here in March. It was a great central location to explore the city from. It’s right down town by the BTS. You just walk right across the street into a very nice mall and and get right on to a nice air conditioned Train/Tram and you can go anywhere in minutes. It’s a great way to avoid Bangkok traffic. The rooms are great, they have a really nice Honors floor restaurant, the roof top pool and gym are really nice. You will not be disappointed here. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher is because its so hard to check into. Even as a Diamond Member it a pain.
