Another very nice stay at Hansar Hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and support. The room was excellent and we enjoyed the short stay. Breakfast service isn’t quite up to the standard it used to be unfortunately but otherwise great. We will be back.
Great hotel staff, room service is prompt. The room we had was beautiful, well layed out and comfortable. I missed the breakfast each morning and my partner still goes on that it's the best breakfast he's had in the two months since we've been traveling.
After a 20 hour flight from Toronto we arrived at the Hansar hotel. What a treat- staff is incredibly friendly with fruit drinks to welcome you and then we were off to our room for a great night’s sleep. The room is clean spacious with small cooking ability if wanted but certainly not necessary. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I was even able to eat organic eggs for my first breakfast. Beautiful Zen like setting with a variety of fresh fruit for breakfast
I love Hansar hotel in BKK as it feels like home to me with the friendly staff, amazing modern design, tasty food at both Eve and Elefin, not forgetting the great coffee they offer, great location which is less than a minute walk to BTS one stop away from Siam. I loved the complimentary mini bar concept in the room with 8 bottles of water daily as I drink a lot of water normally. Will definitely come back to Hansar whenever in BKK.
Good things about the hotel : --Near BTS station and 7-11, walking distance to CentralPlaza and many shopping area. --Big room, great pillow menu, large bathroom with bathtub, seperate shower and toilet, water pressure was very good. --Reception and concierge staffs was very helpful and friendly --Good wifi signal --Minibar items were free Bad things about the hotel: --The corridor of the floor was too dark from hotel entry to lift. --No clear direction sign to reception floor. --There was no coffee in the room, I had to ask for coffee bags to be sent. --Breakfast area staffs need to improve service
It was very wonderful hotel ! It was really nice of its location, room was very wide and comfortable, breakfast was delicous(especially cold brew coffee!!). All staff were kind and sweet! I was sincerely satisfied !
Stayed in Hansar Bangkok for 4 nights in the urban suite. Was really impressed with the room! It was huge and spacious and I loved the idea of an indoor garden (but do not that you'll be able to peek up and down into other people's garden and doorways, though not too clearly). Breakfast service was great. Loved the idea of a simple buffet line with alacart menu. Prevents food wastage yet still allowing you to have variety. Gym facilities were good and maintained well. Spa was so relaxing too! Would recommend! Only thing we found poor was that the wifi service was really unstable, considering this is a reputable 5* hotel. We had no wifi for long periods and when we called to check, we were informed that the internet service was down for the entire block. This happened more than once during our short stay.
For 7 years now, we've been very loyal to the Hansar, visiting this hotel once or twice a year. We've seen some changes over the years, not only for the best. But let me tell you first about the PRO'S: the location is top, front desk and luggage service always professional and with a big smile, great size of the rooms, good limo service from and to the airport, very comfy beds. Now for the first time I would like to tell you about our DISAPPOINTMENTS: The rooms are beginning to show wear and tear, we had no coffee in the room (we did not ask for refill), but it was never automaticly refilled the next three days, there is no turndown service any more (very disappointing for a 5*hotel), the rouge bar downstairs is closed during the day and looked very dark and unwelcoming, (I always enjoyed having a coffee or a drink outside during the day), the rougebar upstairs (opening at 5 pm) lacked atmosphere and the furniture was worn-out, there were 5 red wines on the winelist, but there was only one available during our stay, (we found that very poor), after trying to book a pedicure, the spa told me there was no more lady or nail polish in the hotel, ( although the spa list still mentioned booking a pedicure?!). There used to be a cooperation between the Japanese restaurant Arizuki at the front of the hotel, (very good by the way), and you could just book the payment through the room. Nobody mentioned that they were sapperate now, although they ask for your room number on the bill. If would have been nice mentioning this. In short: for the first time, after so many years, we'll be looking for another place to stay in Bangkok. The Hansar is not a 5* hotel anymore.
I am always nervous about new hotels based on Internet descriptions, so I am really happy to find Hansar is fully up to it’s description - green walls, with warm and welcoming space make this a lovely respite in the city. The location is perfect walking distance to Chitlom BTS and skipping distance to Rajdamri BTS (so close but not too close). The room is also wholesome, and the bed, linens, ...well just what I want. The hallways are warm but not stifling, because it’s natural air. Happy client.
Hotel interior is very beautiful and has a sense of design, and the room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly, very good. The hotel is also very close to the MRT station, although slightly higher prices, but overall I deserve to stay again.
