Hotel is well placed, has a convenient Starbucks, but if you need to use the internet be aware it's limited to one device per room, even if it's a double room.

I was in Tower 3, and had no problems with noise. I liked this hotel very much because it had so much room. There was a large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee-maker in a separate kitchen area. The room had a bathtub - but the water does not get too hot - warm enough to relax some muscles. The location is also a plus. Right in the heart of the action in Sukhumvit. My only complaint was the electrical wiring. Light switches were hard to find, and illogically placed. I could not figure out how to turn off the air conditioning. The on/off button on the panel was ineffective.

I've stayed here many times and hotel still good bargain in location I like. Tower 2 getting a little old and minor problems like shower leaking, but overall good stay. One inconvenience is hotel does not have service elevators and sometimes elevators tied up by staff and long wait.

Convenient o stores restaurants and 10 mins to transportation. Stayed in tower 3 which is about a block away. Bought breakfast package but only ate it once. Would highly recommend that you buy a better room than tower 3. Hotel upgraded me to a bigger room in tower 3 because first room had critters.

Staff not cooperative, very angry, very very bad experience never never come again in sha allah

One of the things I dislike when I travel abroad are roaches in my hotel room. This hotel not only had roaches crawling around the counter where I would place my food. And the amenities were very old and out of date. The stove burners were rusted, as if they had been in a junk yard. The pictures online didn't match the actual hotel conditions. This was definitely a 1/2 star hotel.

The junior suites are larger and better than the regular suites plus they are in the main tower which is more convenient to the restaurant for breakfast.

Perfect. Great spot, great staff, great price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First the good: The free breakfast wasn't too bad and the swimming pool was nice and the location to BTS was good. Now the bad: The room was very small and the bathroom was smaller still. Worse yet the bed was like sleeping on a rock. Also the wifi was terrible. Could not Skype because it kept freezing.

The people are very nice, the hotel not so great experience stay (not same building as shown in photo) !!! hotel was over booked waited 3 hours for room to be ready, check-in at 11pm and have to be out by 12 noon next day.

The breakfast is good, the room small but acceptable, and it is not far from BTS and restaurants/bars.

Cheap and convience location. Good service and breakfast buffet.

First, reception could not find my reservation, despite my giving them Orbtiz's printed confirmation including the hotel's confirmation number. Three people worked on the problem, unsuccessfully. They wanted me to sign a registration for another person with the same last name. I refused, of course. Finally, after probably a half hour they assigned me a room in the annex across the street in an old building, hardly the same quality as the main, newer hotel towers. They referred to the annex as a "tower," although at 7 storeys, it hardly qualified. Room was very marginal, no loiletries, one hand towel for a double room. Hotel very noisy, with telephone, tv noise from the adjoining room. Would never stay there again.

Nice stay, great location and good breakfast. Price was very fair and hotel offered everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Next to restaurant, skytrain station. Bad the tower 3 is in the other side of the street.

We booked here as we needed a hotel with easy access to the motorway to the airport to catch an early flight. In that respect the hotel was fine. Everything else was lacking. A colorless building in a seedy soi off Sukumvit Road I would not recommend it for more than an overnight. Front desk staff were efficient but the rooms were bare and cold and the room cards did not work well in the elevators. definitely not a 4 star experience.

The hotel is in a great location close to Nana sky train station and road where all the bargains can in found on one street market as well as a chance to see ladies of the night under a bridge during the day. There is a great bar nearby Cheap Charlies and good outdoor restaurants and food cats along the street. The hotel room was not remodeled as others were on diffent floors with flat screen TV. Had to ask for free water, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. Breakfast was excellent across the street and free internet in business center. I would stay there again.

The location was handy to most of the things (i.e. shopping and entertainment) we wanted to see & the staff were friendly. The only downside was our room was located near the cleaning staff storage area - it is a bit difficult when we're trying to sleep in as we can hear the cleaners' conversation or wheeling of their trolleys. There is also not enough space to accommodate everyone in the breakfast area. I have seen people tend to kept bumping (on numerous occasions people have had spilt drinks on people who were seated down) to each other as the space was so tight. Overall, the price and the location was value for money.

I enjoyed the trip,food needs improvement,otherwise good.

Location was central, walking distance to shopping and nightlife. 2 blocks away from the Nana Skytrain station. The hotel is average. The hotel is clean but the room was small and the sink leaked.
