Clean, very nice staff, facility a bit worn down for 5-stars hotel. Shuttle to town is limited hours and requires 2 days for airport, very disappointing. Elevators are not synced so a lot of no-passenger stops. A bit of a walk from Blue Line and BTS (BKK Airport) train routes—the lines are not linked so you need to buy tickets with each train line. Traffic is bad so best to book close to a train station.

Very nice room, very soft bed. The bathroom is rather rundown. The location is 10 minutes walk from the airport link MRT. The breakfast was poor - good selection, but not fresh - hard croissants for example. The elevators were slow
