Basically hotel is in the area they call "Little India", Narrow walkway to hotel lobby. The road to the narrow walkway basically can fit only 1 vehicle driving either direction. Hotel has 2 lifts, one is anti to any taller than 1.82m guest, but can fit in almost 9 guests in the lift cage, the other is able to fit any guest taller than 1.82m, but can only fit max 6 guests in the lift cage. Breakfast spread is expected to the minimum, bare in mind, please be there to eat earlier than than the main crowd coming in at 08:30hrs. Individual guest are given individual WiFi ID and password that's valid for 3 days. Bedroom, bedsheets, towels are clean, but no other toiletries given. Reception service really varies between day shift and night shift. Day shift staffs are very warm and friendly, night shift staffs are just like the cooling weather, cold and give you the attitude of why the heck you want to disturb me. 3 stars given as was expected.
This hotel is down a tiny and very busy alley/market street. Great if you want a happy massage or Street food. The hotel is clean and has an elevator, but the area around the elevator smells like the nearby toilet (ok when it has just been cleaned). I've had much better situations for the $57 AU p/night.
Bad smell all around, key lock card probkems, wifi oroblems, noisy, staff is so so, view is very bad, location is too odd, I never suggest this to anyone but only if you found all full and for shortest of time. Even they don't have locker for money. Wash basen is in the room not in toilet, old style AC and cables all around on walls.
This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. ✔Super bad smell as you enter the lobby ✔Very small lift ✔Room has a bad smell and worn out furnitures ✔Bedsheets are not changed ✔Inconsistent water tenperature ✔Wifi has to be requested everyday ✔Narrow road going to the hotel ✔A lot of Indians in the area ✔Requested for an earlier serving of Breakfast but they did not allow ✔Only 2 pillows available DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
We noticed about the bad smell of the lobby area but still a very friendly and welcoming receptionists. Nice room, comfy bed. Anyway, some of the bellboys who looks like indian/pakistani nationals who speak thai used to gossip some of your guests especially to us. I am not thai but I can understand passathai because I live and work here in Thailand for half decade. Please, educate your staff. Thank you :)
We are recently visited this hotel, I don't like behavior of staff, they are hungry for money, hotel management is bad behavior with customers, no having parking place, no having sweamming pool, food quality test less, narrow way nearby
Very poor hotel. Not even proper way is there. Street vendors, cooking non veg food on the narrow way to hotel. You may have to get down from the car and carry the entire luggage making your way through the narrow vendors blocked pathway. Rooms are not clean, no paper, no service, beds are not changed, not even washed I think. Do stay only if you want to just sleep a night. Only advantage is that local shops are nearby....
Rooms named in Grand Alpine but given in different location behind hotel Named Turrent .Rooms services not so satisfactory. Only advantage closer to Shopping malls. Breakfast almost same menu everyday. . Recent guest
Hotel was near the market and shopping places in Pratunam area (walking distance). Going to the hotel from the main road was quite a challenge as the road was a bit narrow. Since the hotel is near the busy main road, expect heavy traffic. The lobby had a bad smell which I think the hotel management needs to address. Wifi is provided but you need to request for a new wifi password everyday. We only got one chance to eat breakfast here due to our very early itineraries and had a hard time getting vacant table as the dining area was quite small. Food was so-so. Elevator was quite small for a 6-foot person who would need to bow down to fit. Room was quite small and not in good condition. We had a sliding window which lock was broken and room could be accessed from the outside. Anything you need from housekeeping (e.g. iron, extra towel, etc.) should be requested from front desk before 6pm as they don't have anyone to attend to your needs beyond that time. Need to wait for sometime for the aircon to release cool air, not sure why. TV had a digibox but doesn't seem to work. Some lighting fixtures in the room weren't working. Overall it was just an okay hotel.
Staff was very accommodating, very polite, and very attentive. Room was very spacious, two complimentary bottles of water were provided, free Wi-Fi. There is a seven –eleven next to the hotel. Plenty of street vendors.
