Been in Bangkok many times and first time in this hotel. Had a good price on booking. It's the best play I ever stay in Bangkok. Everything perfect. Even the free tuk tuk always available. Well, the room are absolutely spacious, clean and with a great comfortable bed. And most Important absolutely dark in the morning and so quite. Small but nice fitness room and a lovely swimming pool. Staff very friendly.

A decent hotel far from the main road, but with plenty of small faults that irritates me. The bedroom is separated from the study and toilet and bedroom has no power socket. The power socket was not international, built in usb port was not working, no soap tray in toilet, bathtub is designed in such a way that it's easy to cause a mini flood every time you shower.

This place isn't the cheapest but it's very clean very modern staff is great rooms are great CLEAN smells clean looks clean feels clean stay here if you can. It's on sukimvit 20. I will be attempting to book this place before every trip to Bangkok in the future.

We stayed here the second time this year, first in April and second in July. The hotel is located at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 20 which is very convenient for us. We travelled with two children (2 and 7) in April we had the Family Suite and in July we booked the Executive Suite. Both rooms are big and very convenient for Families. The Family Suite has an In-Room kitchen. The rooms were clean. The staff of the Hotel is very friendly and helps where every necessity exists. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The swimming pool is great but it should be maintained better, as there were several rusty spots. There are enough seats and towels at the pool side. The hotel offers free Wlan. There is a free TukTuk shuttle to Soi 18. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with the hotel.

We booked well in advance and got a pretty good deal, which was worth every penny! Great value for money! At first on arriving at the hotel late at night, it seemed to be located a bit far from the main Sukhumvit Road (since we walked with our luggage from Asok BTS), but the Hotel Shuttle (a lovely 6-seater Tuk Tuk operated by the hotel staff from 6am to mid-night which drops you off to the Sukhumvit Road, near the Asok BTS, and even picks you up from the same point - if you give them a call) more than makes up for it. The bonus of the location is that it is very quiet and peaceful. There are quite a few restaurants and shops en-route (and even a few massage facilities) within walking distance, so it's not bad on that score. We found traveling by Shuttle, and then taking the Asok BTS- the Skytrain - and the underground MRT to be very convenient. We also used a lot of Public Transport Buses AC and non-AC buses and the amazing Bangkok Canal Boats (they are fantastic and very efficient and extremely cheap - we just searched the Bus numbers and canal routes on the internet to get to different places-what a great way to see Bangkok like a local). The Reception on the 4th floor is nice and spacious with a great view of the pool area, and the staff were very quick (they were ready with everything when we arrived, so it was a pleasant surprise). Even the check out was exceptionally quick and very pleasant. The room was extremely spacious with a phenomenal view, well laid out with furniture, a good internet connectivity, nice TV with lots of English channels, a full minibar (which we did not use), facility to make tea / coffee etc, complimentary Water Bottles, a great and clean bathroom / toilet with decent supplies, and very clean indeed (although, it has be said, the carpet in the corridors leading to the room could do with a change or some cleaning, as it's a bit old). The Room also had a very large Safety Locker - large enough to fit even a laptop and all other things- which was a great security feature and very heartening. The Room was nicely cleaned everyday and we didn't miss a single thing there. All the staff are amazing, down to earth and very helpful people (just like all the Thai people we came across - such an amazing set of people) The best thing about the hotel was the Inclusive Breakfast. A very sumptuous feast laid out with lots of fantastic options for both Westerners and Asians. It included a decent lay out of Thai style dishes (amazing taste of the Veg dishes, since we are vegetarians), as well as as options for international travelers. Great variety of bread, croissants, cakes, jams and the whole lot of accompaniments, great layout of salad, fruits, yogurts, and a separate bar for making fresh egg dishes (omelets, scrambled eggs or whatever else you want), Tea, Coffee etc. It was definitely the most attractive part of the whole deal, as it made us start the day on a great note. The Restaurant staff (one Ms. Ida and another lady Sumantra or similar name like that) were exceptionally dedicated, cheerful and helpful. A very pleasant atmosphere with options to sit out by the pool side or in the Air-Conditioned beautiful and spacious sitting area inside. The Pool area is also very relaxing with a separate area for sunbathing by the pool, with some shade as well. Overall I would say it can be rated between a 3 and 4 Star, though not a 5 Star (you'd be surprised at what all passes off for 3 & 4 stars these days, so this is definitely a better deal than many others). I think the great atmosphere created by the dedicated staff is what makes the stay very comfortable and welcoming. Also, this hotel is a Great place for a Family holiday, as it has none of those shady trappings that are part of many Bangkok neighborhoods! For the deal offered, it is definitely worth coming back!

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good location on Sukhumvit near Asok BTS; hotel has a free tuk-tuk up to Suk 18 & 20. Buffet breakfast very good. Room okay but the walls are a bit thin. Internet good, but could never access email and a few other sites (didn't get into resolving, but this might be a prob for some who must have). Our shower not properly caulked, so a flood on the floor every time. Our family room had 2 rms, 2 tvs, a kitchenette + microwave & stovetop. We won't return, because we have other places in Bkk we like better for the same or less money.

Stayed at Golden Tulip Mandison Suites for 2 nights and checked out on 28 June 2017. We stayed at suite 608 The suite has a bedroom and a separate room with a working table and a second TV. It is quite spacious with a large bathroom and ample space in the cupboards. A quiet place but a bit away from the nearest Asok BTS station. However, the hotel provides immediate dropping and pick up service to the BTS. The breakfast is not lavish and there is some scope for adding some vegetarian items. The small swimming pool on the fourth floor is well maintained. The Terminal 21 shopping mall and Robinson are located very close to the Asok BTS. Overall a very nice place to stay and the staff is very courteous. At the time of check in we were provided with a city map and explained how to reach Ashiatique river front night market and other places. We checked out very early in the morning and the hotel provided us with packed food. The contents of the packed food need to be improved.

Recently last week we had been on a holiday to Thailand. After spending five great nights in Phuket we stayed two nights in the above hotel in Bangkok. The hotel is situated on Soi 20 as the roads are named in Bangkok. The area is Sukumvit. Once you can name the two in combination you would not have any problem making the taxi driver understand. Now the hotel. It is a no frill hotel but provide all the amenities of a good hotel. Being centrally placed it is a great place to stay for exploring Bangkok. This hotel I booked through Make my trip and definitely it can be recommended to all. They also provide tuk tuk service free to some near by area for you to have your food or a taxi. Malls like Terminal 21 is near by. MBK is only 70 Bhat away. But I recommend Indra market for all buying. You would need to pay around 200 Bhat for the ride. If you are from India you have two great resturant near by. One is only a walk away named Hot Curry and they serve good vegetarian and also non vegetarian food. Another one is on the main road. Tell the tuk tuk driver and he would drop you near by. But I recommend Hot Curry . It's a great hotel within a reasonable budget and if I visit Bangkok again I would love to be in this hotel again.

I was surprised by this hotel and lived up to its ratings. Nice rooms nice breakfast pool area is clean and wifi worked well. the hotel also has a tut tut that takes you to sukhumvit road at certain times of the day

Everything is fine about the room. Overall, we are all happy. But I would like to remind people who planning to stay there that please ask the hotel staff to take away the condoms which is placed in the room. Else the hotel will ask you to pay 150 baht saying that the seal is open upon check out. We are two straight guys slept in two different bed and never had the need to use it but it came to surprise when such claim were made. Just a word of precaution in the city that you may end up scammed.
