Good location but needs a bit of work

The hotel is in a good location to the night market and transport links but the room was a bit dissapponting. The furniture was breaking and wood was falling off from the skirting boards. The room was also a lot smaller than pictured and it would be beneficial with a lift. But for the price it is still good value for the location.

Handy location, lovely staff

Bangkok can be a bit overwhelming so I really enjoyed the friendliness and ease of location at Glitz Hotel. On the edge of Patpong, an easy walk to Silom and close to RTS station. Lots of very good massage places close by.

Room is smaller than it seems in pictures. But it was value for money. Staff was friendly. Location is a bit far from the tourist attractions - not at a walkable distance.

Very convenient to all major nite life venues

Biggest challenge was to walk up the steep long staircase to your rooms, it's not relaxing or comforting to even think of that "exercise "and didn't look forward to going back to hotel because of this. The staffs were friendly, helpful and courteous. Upon arrival in my room, no shower curtains, a small piece of hair on the toilet turd, bathtub sink hole stopper didnt cap properly resulting water to drain and TV wasn't working... After some attempts I asked for a lower floor room ( to ease my leg pain from doing the hikes) and managed to get another room. Overall, my holidays would have been disastrous if nothing was done with the issues I had, however am so blessed to have these humble staff trying to help and managed to get things right. Thank you Anna and team.
