Location is OK as long as you like to walk a bit. Facility wise- a tiny pool is there but no sauna or steam room or jacuzzi. Even the gym was closed. Spa prices are extravagant. WiFi was down for an entire day. Staff badly needs motivation; language proficiency and communication skills. Ken the manager is a nice guy but cannot even find you the best rate even in their own web site. Like, I had to pay 1800 odd whereas 1200 was available on agora and 1400 was the rate at the Furamafirst site, because the WiFi was down- and I couldn’t log in. I’m sure the value for money is better at other Furamafirst s as this place has over 70% occupancy at any given time due to being located right in front of a hospital. So the vibes ain’t good either if you are into that knowledge. Close to Nana and one bus to pratunam and Chinatown. Several eateries close by. Several spas too but expensive. Thus, “OK”.

Rooms were very spacious, staff very nice. Special mention Sai front desk, always beautiful smile. At breakfast both Jam and Puy were great hostesses, also always smile. Location in an alley, but across from supposedly a great hospital, bank for currency exchange very near, convenient.

Really Enjoyed the stay here ✌🏼❤ The rooms were welp maintained Amazing service 24/7 Location of the hotel is also in a very good place which is really accessible with all means of local transportation. Reception is really pleasing as they treat us with cheerful lovely smiles on their faces. #Lalita😊

I stayed with my family for 3 nights here in apr 2018. Very friendly staff, especially at the reception. Nice clean rooms, size is big. Fridge (big one with a freezer, was handy to keep Ice creams for my kids) microwave with plates and bowls was good to have. Nice English breakfast. Good wifi. Location is Very convenient. Bang opp to the international hospital 'Bumrungrad'. It also has a Swimming pool.

Do not take any trip from the hotel, absolutely not a good trip from bangkok to pattaya. Breakfast were really good. Even though it is situated in central Bangkok, lot of traffic to go to airport. beware about the taxi driver from hotel

The staff are very nice but that should be standard, although this is rated as a 4* it's not lol more like a 3 at best, gym not available for 3 months and no alternative, I could lay in the pool and not drown...that's how small it is, room was big but dated furniture and a big box TV...not that I watch it but everywhere has flat screen these days, I'm on the 10th floor for a view...I will let u decide that one.

Its nice hotel for family with good environment.its in good location.staff are very friendly and co is clean and house keeping is very nice.service is prompt and breakfast is very delicious.

It’s a nice place to stay with family and friends . It has a reasonable cost. The service they provided is good. If me and my family ever come to visit Bangkok then I would surly stay here.I came all the way from Nepal,I would suggest them to stay in FuramaXclusive

I've had a very pleasant experience staying here. People working here were very nice to us. They are willing to help out when needed, but their English isn't the best, so you should have that in mind. Food is always fresh and tasty. Special thanks to Jean, Mook, and Korn

Had quite high expectations, the hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are a good size, but please be awake there is quite a lot of construction work still happening in the hotel. There are close transport links and a few handy 7-elevens. After spending my first night there, I woke up to find tiny little bugs everywhere, apparently coming out of the wooden cupboards above the sink. And I mean everywhere, in my suitcase including. Quite upset, I made my way to reception to let them know about the issue. The gentleman at reception didn’t seem as bothered as me by my complaint, and simply moved me to a different room, on a different floor. I then sat there for about two hours, shaking out all my clothes and belongings, so worried that I would bring something crawly back home with me! Luckily I was on my way home in just one more night without further incident, but I have to say I’m very disappointed in my stay, as I would have never expected to be faced with such a situation in a 4 star hotel.
