Its took me a while to write this as i liked the the place. The staff were great but for two occurrences . I will explain this later. The location is great. Three minute walk to the sky train. The room we were given was very spacious and well equipped. However when i booked i looked at so many places. I thought i had booked a spacious room with a kitchenette and lounge. When i arrived they said i had been upgraded. I enter the room no kitchenette. Thought i must have made a mistake when booking. On leaving the hotel one of the rooms was open being cleaned. The room i had booked. It was certainly not a upgrade i recieved. But a downgrade. 2nd point. We ordered a cruise from the tour operator in the lobby. Was promised a table on the upper deck and window seats. Wrong!!!! Lower deck and no where near the window. As i said the hotel and room were good but let down. Mmmmmmm Yes.

3 nights in Bangkok in Furama Xclusive. Nearby Skytrain station. Not far from the river with its transport possibillities. Room is ok, small swimmingpool with 6 beds and Some chairs. Small Gym for exercise. Service ok. Nearby also places to eat and drink.

It is really hidden in the Silom area. It’s quiet, but nothing special. The worst thing is that I had a lot of cockroaches in the room. Just disgusting. A late checkout is impossible due to my late flight but they keep the baggage. Not coming back there for sure.

The hotel's location is very good. The room we got is big but bathroom is quite small and the water from shower is running down to the bathroom floor when you shower which is make the floor wet. The breakfast is ok but would be better. Staff are nice. Don't have chair at the balcony so it useless.

Old and outdated with a TV set of the past century.AC split unit was difficult to control and i had to plaster the fins to avoid the air stream. Location is a little difficult to find although it is not far away from the metro station. It was OK but not to come back again. I had stayed in more luxurious hotels of the far east with same price.

I've stayed here a couple of times, and this is my first negative experience. But first, the positive: The hotel is in a great location, just down a quiet alley from the Chongnonsri BTS station. The rooms are big, and mine had a kitchenette, a well-appointed wardrobe closet, and plenty of work space. The USB charging ports and international electric outlets were a pleasant surprise. It could be a very nice place for a week or longer stay. HOWEVER, my room (509) had a horrible mildew smell the entire time. I actually considered whether it might be unhealthy. The furniture and surfaces are all outdated with scuff marks and moldy tile grout, which makes it all seem not clean. (But that is not the fault of housekeeping who always did a good job.) The TV did not have any international cable news channels, and was an old-fashioned 4:3 giant box. I hope they will update the rooms soon and do some maintenance, so that I could consider it for my next visit.

I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and have never had a problem I read the reviews and see the negative ones and seems some people only ever see the bad. For me the hotel has always been ideal it’s close to the BTS there are some great little eating places around one being just before the escalator to BTS there is also nice little shopping centre close by. As to the hotel I was a little disappointed that the old doorman was missing as he has always been very helpful and friendly but the new doorman was helpful upon my arrival. To the review about rooms not being cleaned I find amazing as my room has always been cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets I would also like to thank Nui from house keeping she has kept my room spotless which has Impressed my girlfriend and myself the staff are always very helpful I will use the hotel again and want to thank them for a very pleasant stay

This is an average hotel. Breakfast is average. Rooms are average (showers over the bath, with a shower curtain that leaks water all over the very small bathroom). Unfortunately when we stayed the pool was closed for repairs - the pool being an important reason why we booked here as it was a family holiday and very hot for us at 29 degrees. On the plus side, we booked a City and Temple Tour through the hotel, and our guide Nok-Nok was fantastic. Very informative and interesting. Also the hotel was in a very quiet location, yet handy to tuk-tuks and other transport. And the Alphabet Cafe around the corner is excellent!

It was our first trip to Bangkok and we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (14-16 Oct 2017). We got a big room at 12th floor. The room is nice, the ambience is cozy, the breakfast is very standard for 4 star hotel. The hotel staffs are quite friendly. The parking lot is very small for a big hotel. The surrounding if this hotel is an office area, so it is very quite in the evening, thus it makes this hotel is a good place to stay. It was worth for money. Surely reconsider to stay in this hotel again for our next trip.

5 mins walk to chon nonsi bts station. Adjacent to trinity and holiday inn and the cheapest among all. Got free upgrade as they given me a smoke filled room despite request for non smoking one. Breakfast is decent to fill your stomach while you look for tastier options in nearby morning market. The stale/damp smell in the room means I won't return anymore.
