Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. First of all, have to agree with other comments- staff at reception weren‘ t friendly ( quite short with answers, sometimes kinda rude). The second think I didnt like was the gym- I like to get up and start my day with workout.. and we were looking for hotel with gym. Well in this one all 3 treadmills werent working and also the aircondition (😅 ). So maybe don‘ t annouce , that you have gym when 1/2 of the machines don’ t work. ( But on the end ofthe day we walked so much, so I didn‘ t need the gym that much 😜) But the rest was very good- great breakfast selection, good location of the hotel, the rooftop pool is really nice to relax. Our room was big, clean and with comfortable bed.

The stay at Furama Silom was simply awesome. The rooms are neat and clean and the view of Silom road from the window is breath taking. The swimming pool is on the roof top and you should definitely try the pool, relax and enjoy the view of Bangkok city. The food is awesome at The Rama restaurant at 2nd floor. They have breakfast lunch and dinner buffet every day. For the executive guests their is lounge service which provides complimentary drinks and snacks The staffs are awesome and always go beyond to help you. Over all an excellent stay at Furama Silom

I stayed at the Furama Silom during an overnight transit in Bangkok. The property is well located in the Silom Rd. tourist area, but a little away from the craziness of the Night Market. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a fantastic suite room. The hotel breakfast was good, there were plenty of places nearby for dinner, and the service desk booked my car to the airport at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend this to anyone planning to stay in that area

Helpful and friendly staff at Front dest ,bell boy good staff at swim pool and the restaurant thay are very nice with me, I like your hotel cause is the center of the city nice view of bangkok good location in Silom area.

Our family of four stayed at the hotel at the start of our holiday in Thailand. The buffet at breakfast and lunch was lavish, with an enormous range of options and every one of them fantastic. The pool was a delight in the hot, humid weather and provided a great view of the skyline. The hotel is located within a few minuted of the skytrain and very convenient to local shops. Great value and a very good experience.

I was upgraded to a superior room and was really great.I enjoyed my stay here. Service good and breakfast choices all catered for. Nice central place to stay. The staff were friendly and the room very clean.

Pool needs retouch. But the room i booked was overall good value for the price. I booked an executive club suite. However, they should also be more attentive to their guests especially the ones who are on the executive suite. Instead of telling them the table is reserved for executive club suite guests and assuming they didn't read the card on the table, they should just ask what room number the guest is in first. It felt like I was being discriminated on based on my gender identity. It only happened once though. The other staff were very friendly and polite.

Having spent over two weeks in this somwhat newly renovated (and still slightly ongoing) tall hotel was a very good experience. It's bang in the centre of Bangkok, with two sky train stops within walking distance (10 min), and the busy Silom Road providing millions of cabs. The street noise can be heard slighly up to the 17th fl. we stayed, but it didn't bother us, nor the 3,5yo wee boy we had with us. The road is very congested most times of the day (up until 10pm), so best to use sky train. Cabs are dirt cheap of course, cheaper than the tube actually for 2-3 pax within few kms. Hotel staff are very friendly all across, although the level of English wasn't always very undestandable. On the other hand, they all did their utmost to make our freshly adopted Thai guy feel at home with these strange farang, and help us translate him many things. Great humble thanks!! The [little sleazy] lobby "travel agent" seems outsourced and overpriced, we didn't feel like booking anything with them. Friendly anyways. We paid around €55 per nite, breakfast incl. so great value, considering this was across the busiest Xmas festive season. Silom does a very sound brekkie, if you like your mornings start sturdy: good-sized Thai/Chinese table, fresh fruit, plus your European variety, adding eggs prepped á la minute. It's no 5* RadissonBlu kinda, but more than adequate variety for two weeks, not to get bored. AND very good brew coffee, which is a rare thing in these edges of the globe :) Didn't see the gym. Rooftop pool is ok: few sunbeds on a narrow rim, and a c. 15m pool with cold water. But great views over the cityscape! Our deluxe room was as promised on intro pics/text, and a very good over-king-size bed (250cm wide?). Big stiff pillows, and a hard-ish (read: excellent to sleep for bad backs) mattress. A very minor whine our floor maid not always automatically bringing us all towels, just two instead of three. But, then again they think ecologically and only change the whites 1-2x/wk, rather than vainly every day. Within a few minutes walk you find several tiny 7-11s, and coupla alleys with typically delicious street food + oozing fresh fruit. Couple small supermarkets also along both directions onto Silom Rd, and small malls within one km.

My family and I visited Bangkok over the Christmas break and stayed at furma hotel. The hotel had great service and food. New year's Eve countdown party was absolutely fantastic and had a great view Bangkok and all the fireworks

During previous visit to Bangkok had checked into this hotel. Location is very good as its located in the city center. The rooms are spacious with big toilets. The staff are very friendly specially Ms.Pattama who is the Guest Service Manager. Over all had a great stay here and will surely be back again
