One of the best Four Seasons properties we've been to. Service, food, room, amenities, view and location were excellent.
Having had to cut my trip short to return to the stars for a funeral I used the “Contact Us” option to both notify them and ask if they had any options for cancellation and/or a credit of some kind. Not really expecting them to accommodate me but expecting some response. But…nothing.
