We have stayed in many times before in Bangkok but not in places better than the Sheraton four points. It is a superb hotel, very well run and makes a great base to explore the city from. We genuinely couldn't have asked for more house they listened to everything we asked for. They help to celebrate a special occasion they gave us a room exactly as we have requested, printed boarding passes – I could go on but is obviously very well managed and we will stay here again for sure. Getting there – there are a number of options. We always take me airport train to Makasan and then hop on the skytrain to Sukhumvit. From here it is a very short taxi ride away or walk in 10 minutes. Location – excellent. There are shops, bars and restaurants aplenty within minutes. It is very handy for the skytrain which is by far the best way to get around Bangkok rooms – fantastic. Rooms - They are decent size and verycomfortable indeed. The bed was amazing and we slept like a log both nights. Because the hotel is so solidly built there was no noise whatsoever from inside or outside the hotel. It is worth noting that most of the rooms don't have balconies but if your budget allows I do have some terrace rooms. The room contains everything you could possibly need. TV, safe, umbrella bathrobes, drinks making facilities and so on. The bathroom contained a really good shower and a bath as well which is a nice addition. Pool – one of the reasons we chose a hotel with this and it was fantastic. It is on the rooftops and get great views and, although it isn't massive but is big enoughto cool in the hot sun. There are a dozen or so beds with shade and lots of other seating areas. We always manage to get space here as it wasn't overly busy. Food – we were room only so couldn't comment but the hotel contains several bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi – free for unlimited devices and very good quality. At times I got 20 Mb and was able to stream video so emails and surfing on the web with no problem at all. Staff – some of the best we came across during a month in Thailand. They simply could not do enough for you and always with a smile on my face. It really made our stay very special.
The heading sums it up. It is in Soi 15 close to the main road. The best kept secret is the back gate gets one to Soi 19, 100m from Terminal 21 which, as we all know, is the intersection between the BTS and MRT. (The Airport Link is one stop north at Makkasan). Superb accessibility. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The suite is fantastic! Full facilities with a.rooftop pool and gym. All this for usually very competitive rates. The Four points run full and we often have to wait for our rooms but that's OK. Did we mention that the staff there is great?
Hi Nice and centrally located on the city of BKK , Clean and great place to stay , close to MBK and Platinum malls - easy access to sky line metro - located at a very nice location . rooms are clean and neat , no noise hotel . regards
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I ended up staying here because the other Starwood properties near by were all booked. I was not quite sure where the property was located but it turned out to be a nice gem. The location was excellent as it was near all the restaurants and bars. I was here for work and the BTS is a short walk away. The inside of the hotel was clean and my room which was upgraded was excellent. While the hotel does not have many eating options inside..the breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The overall service was very good. I had only one issue which was the long check-in time at the front desk because of people lined up in the SPG line when they were not SPG premium members. Overall an excellent option in the centre of Bangkok.
Situated close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and metro and sky train stations, close to night life and restaurants this hotel is ideal for a tourist stay in Bangkok. Roof top bar and swimming pool and several reasonably priced restaurants add to the useful facilities. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent english. We really appreciated the 2 hour free late check out as we had an evening flight. Rooms spacious and bed very comfortable.
Another lovely stay, everybody from check-in/out staff to restaurant staff all very professional in every way possible, certainly our place to stay when in Bangkok. Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you for the surprise you gave me last night, a birthday cake was delivered to our room by the duty Manager and lovely reception staff, what a lovely surprise and the cake was delicious, thank you all again.
First impressions: We had a very quick check in with an offer to have a late check out on Saturday (which worked out very well for us). It is about a 5 minute walk (but be careful of the quiet lane which very quickly leads you to a busy main street with crazy traffic) to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 Mall. Room: We stayed in the Delux room with a King size bed and it was spacious and comfortable. The main issue we had was with the noisy air conditioner and we had to play around with the settings before we found one that would keep it at an acceptable noise level. On the last day, an inconsiderate guest turned on the TV so loudly we couldn't sleep past 7.45 am. However, that was an anomaly because the room was practically sound proof. It was the quietest stay I've had in a hotel room in a long time. Surroundings: If you have kids with you, go out the back of the hotel and start your explorations around the Asok BTS area. The front of the hotel may lead you towards Nana BTS (slightly further away) and in my opinion, it's kinda seedy and definitely not for those with children in tow. Google maps keeps stating that Nana BTS is nearer. Actually, the hotel is equidistant between the two BTS. Just go to Asok for a better feel of Bangkok.
Needed to stay near Nana BTS - not for the night life, but for the Husband's tailor. (Recommended as well by referral: Crown Tailor) The hotel was still recognised by most taxi Drivers, and had a proper drop off/pick up point amidst it being inside the alley and not along the main road. Every entrance and exit was warmly welcomed by friendly hotel staff :) Our deluxe room came with a bathtub, shower and toilet facilities with the basic amenities. Good choice of shower gel! A post-it note left on the bathroom mirror was an interesting "notice" to inform on the happy hour deals. Overall very clean and comfortable, good air con flow and water shower. Breakfast was a good range and mix of international and Thai.

We always chose our stay at Four Points by Sheraton because of the excellent service by hotel staff and it's central location. * The competent reservation team, under Miss Meaw is reliable and attentive to details. * The hardworking concierge team is always cheerful even after several attempts to flag a taxi for us. * F&B staff Meya and Kalong at "The Eatery" are efficient and always willing to provide superb customer service. * HR manager, Sue Suchadee, is very helpful, speaks good English & is able to provide travel tips & very useful dining recommendations. Strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives & will definitely return again for our next holiday. Look forward to the outstanding service quality. Thank you for such outstanding service - Keep up the good work!
