Clean and with attentive staff. Forum park may be a little out of the way from the tourist hot-spots but is easily accessible by taxi. The pool area is nice & the in-house massage staff are well qualified.

Went there with my family for two nights and had a really good experience. Lovely hotel and great service. The rooms were really nice and the swimming pool was big with a view of the city. Will be staying there again next time we're in Bangkok..

I came here quite often for dining. Recently I was invited for the private birthday party. The staffs really gave good service. The food were great. I would recommend the first floor restaurant for private party event.

My husband and I stayed at the Forum Park Hotel from the 18th till the 27th of August 2016. There is nothing really that we can fault. Our room was spacious and clean, clean linen was available every day and the beds were comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful although English was from non existent to very limited. Daily breakfast was plentiful but apart from omelettes the westernised palate was not catered for. Transport was close at hand and the Sky Rail was very close. approx. 45 Baht by Taxi. we would definitely stay again.

Aside from the 'out of the way' location, the hotel offers very good value for money. The rooms are on the larger size, with a very comfortable bed. The air con works well, and the staff are all very pleasant to deal with.

Rooms very clean and air conditioner is very good.this hotel have very good and lovely pool .but this hotel have a very bad problem and it is very far away from center of shopping patunam and taxy drivers don't know this hotel.toilet and bathroom not excellent but not bad.

While the rooms were not as roomy as some, it was clean and comfortable. The beds though are quite firm to hard. Pillows were good. The bathroom needed a big renovation - bathtub had huge "hole" in the ceramic layer which was very rusted. Water took a long time to get hot though this was not the case with others on my floor. Tap faucet sprayed water everywhere which was a small issue - you got wet trying to rinse your mouth. Breakfast - quite good - made omelets to order and had pastries, fresh fruit etc plus a mix of local cuisine. Overall, not a bad place to stay but does need work in several areas.

Easy to get to- about 30 min from airport (without traffic) Very clean Has beautiful pool and nice boutique restaurant. Prices very reasonable Breakfast served daily and has custom egg dishes along with a variety of regional dishes that vary daily. Fresh fruit a definite plus!!! Staff awesome!!

What can I say Firstly very noisy with a bus load of other visitors from adults and children screaming and slamming doors not good all night . breakfast well nobody spoke English and when I asked for scrambled egg or poached didn't know what I talking about no English also was told by the maid in a funny way sign language and Thai that number 2s are not to be put down toilet but in the waste beside toilet I found that to be third world. No tea /coffee or milk for a cuppa but bed was good also very spartan On the day we arrived bell boy took luggage oh I booked two rooms one for son and another for us.back to the bell boy he asked for a tip I had thought it was voluntary I do give tips based on service given not for someone to ask me . We stayed two nights out of nine and left very disappointed I have requested a refund of the remainder of 7 nights but no word from Hotels.com and not happen with them either and return to NZ they will be getting a roasting When we checked I had to pay the night watchman outside to get us a taxi as there none anywhere From our experience it was a shocker Receptionist asked why check out I told her and no responses not even a will try and fix nothing total shutdown

Hotel features a good enough location, but if you can't get any sleep, it is worthless. A group of undisciplined children and their mothers rented rooms on our floor, starting about 10:30 PM. The children were yelling and screaming and so were the mothers. They were slamming doors for about an hour. We did call the front desk to complain, and I am not sure they did anything about it. We even left our room to tell ask them to be quiet, but that did not happen, We thought the noisy guest would sleep late, but were wrong, They again woke us up at 6:30A,M, Sunday morning with door slamming and screaming in the hall, We had to get up and leave the premises for peace and quiet.
