Arrived early at hotel about 0900 hrs.Was told no room available.Waited nearly one hour n was told only one premium room available to upgrade.Paid extra baht 1000.00.The staff that attended to me wasn’t friendly n helpful.
The receptionist lady staff is no manners and no smile, and hotel room don’t have provide hair dryer, toilet so smelly and water so small, one light bulb also spoiled they didn’t change, but the room bed is not bad
It shows as three star hotel but no drinking water bottle supply, no tooth brush supply. Small room with no window. Old stuffs and not good in ventalation. A little far away from BRT and main locations to visit.
My husband and I stayed for one night before we went to the airport the following day. The only real positives were that the bed was huge so we slept well and our large bags which we didn't want to carry around all day after we have checked out, could be left in the lobby. Everything else about this hotel needs improving from the dated and dingy decor to the limited breakfast. The photos online are incredibly deceiving and the hotel needs a complete overhaul and deep clean to come up to a standard I would expect when I spend $30 on a room in Thailand.
Location: a bit far fr the main street though walking distance from siam square and MBK center (roughly 15 min). There’s 711 in the corner so not bad Facilities: hotel lobby is under construction when we arrived so we had to use the restaurant entrance and checked in from there Service: very accommodating and friendly staff; popcorn and juice as a welcome treat! There’s one staff who’s english speaking though he’s on a day shift. coffee and tea is available all day. Breakfast is not too bad. They have toast and jam, cereals, rice, egg, veggies and chicken. Room: bed is okay. Not fluffy but clean. Cr is horrendous though - there’s a foul odor! Hope they could have that fixed!! Place is a bit eery probably because it’s old and under construction. I’d give them a poor rating but since the staffs are friendly and accommodating.. and considering the price, i opted for an over-all average!
For the money you can stay in much nicer accommodation. Dining room is under repair but still being used for breakfast. 24 hour snack bar means all the popcorn you want and tea and coffee. The pictures were taken last century
small hotel, old room, diffrent from the photos, not friendly room boy because we came at 2 am from pattaya. maybe he was sleepy. far enough from mrt stat, sticky and old room. location is not good. the food is very standard. but this hotel is enough if you want come at late night and go in the morning...one night was more than enough...
This has to be the pits. Made the mistake of believing the pictures on Booking.com. Turns out to be right dive. Dull, dingy, insect ridden, leaky, mouldy, smelly old predated haunt. The doorman/travel agent was engaging enough but apart from that the staff singularly failed to engage with guests. All the receptionist cared about was -"when you pay? when you pay? when you pay? ". The only hotel where they demanded a 500 Bhat deposit!! Takes 3 people to order an omelette cause the cook is at odds with all the other staff. Omelette we ordered once was far too oily. Limited breakfast choice. 3 large tables in the reception. Lighting is really dim. Papers are peeling and there is no sign off any maintenance. Furniture is old, falling to bits. Bathroom is full of sealants - botched attempts to stem leaks & boy does it leak. Open the curtains & the neighbours (locals) can practically reachout & shake your hand. No net curtains. Location is questionable - far from all tourist sights, which means you have to negotiates with the rip off merchants that have a tuk tuk or the taxis. Worst is the internet - we all complained & then they called a techy in. Stay away from this place.
This is a nice little hotel with the nicest most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever come across. The hotel itself is pleasant but in all honesty really could do with an update the room itself was a reasonable size but was well worn and old, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. A nice little place to stay for a few days in the centre of Bangkok.
What a joke!!! Dirty ans smelly rooms, no clean cups or glasses in room. No english channels on the TV. No hot water for 3 days. The breakfasts are a disgrace. The bed in our room was standing on bricks an the bathroom is so small you cant even close the door without getting out of the way. I dont even want to give it one star rating.
