I lived here three times. First in 2015 for 3days, second in 2017 with my family and last in 11-14 March 2018. Reasons for my frequently stay is because of location and cheap. It is not far from Rathedewi BTS station and not far from Pratunam area too. If you are enjoy for walking, you can visit many attractives by walking. And It has friendly and helpful staff too.During my trip, I use the hotel room for sleeping only. So clean bed accessaries is essential for me. The street where the hotel locates is crowded and easy to get cheap street food and easy to hire tuk tuk. But weakness of the hotel is dusty glasses in the room, decoration and especially breakfast. Actually breakfast is good for one day. But I lived 3 or 4 days in every trip so in third day I can't eat the breakfast bcoz of not change in taste and smell. I appreciate your chef too much because he/she isn't boring to cook same taste breakfast for four years ( more than may be ). And the thing I want to point out is decoration of your hotel because it make the value of your hotel to be low. You has many beautiful painting, glasses, lamp-post, statue and floral. But no need to decorate too much. For instead, in doorside one painting is enought , two is rubbish. So you should decorate your hotel to be neat and tidy. You have good location, good building and fairly wide room but your decoration is cheesy.

Pro: near to everywhere, price is low. Cons: The place is different from the photos. Rooms are too dark Building is old Elevator is small there’s a distinct old smell in the elevator and on the hallway Mosquito inside the room

Location is good, but hotel is dark and musty. The photos are very misleading. The decor is gaudy and the "pool" is really just a smelly fountain beside the lobby. Breakfast was okay, not great. Instant coffee is lame and zero fruit served. Vegetables were okay and warm dishes were decent, popcorn in the lobby was a nice treat. Inside the room, the bathroom with combo shower and tub was a nice idea but it was so dark and cramped. There was a leaky ceiling and something dripping from above. The tiles and grouting was also very moldy and needed repair. For the price, you can get better value elsewhere.

The place is is a little bit dark, humid and doesn’t have a pretty good in the reception and public areas... I could consider look for another place but if you like dark and closed environments, for sure you should go there.

Connoisseurs of interior design will find this place well worth a visit. Hard to pick an era but it seems to have been the genius of someone with a love of grand ornamentation of a forgotten age, which minimalists might say is best kept that way. It is stuffed with plush sofas, remarkable chandeliers and other kinds of magnificent light fittings, paintings chosen for their dramatic impact and all sorts of other florid design elements in the form of knick knacks, statuary and whatnots. The centrepiece of the lobby is the pool, which I presume is intended for bathing, but was the colour and viscosity of bubbling chicken soup the day I was there, with water cascading into it from a hanging plant - alive or plastic, I cannot say - dangling above its centre, creating a marvellous effect of spray and seething surface as if a monster of the deep was roiling beneath the waves. The corridors were lined here and there with the work of the housekeeping staff: mountains of linen, seemingly abandoned trolleys and even a pair of wellington boots. The room - I was upgraded to "superior" from "standard" - was less grandiose than I had hoped after the journey through the building to reach it. The bed was comfortable, the linen clean, and the lights all worked. The air conditioner rattled a little but not so much as to render sleep impossible. The bathroom had a bath with hot-water shower, there was a toilet and mirror and the little soap things and the like. The tiny, narrow balcony above the quiet street provided a table with an ashtray for smokers. The television had several channels of local and international sorts. For the price, a marvel to which I would return.

Arrived early at hotel about 0900 hrs.Was told no room available.Waited nearly one hour n was told only one premium room available to upgrade.Paid extra baht 1000.00.The staff that attended to me wasn’t friendly n helpful.

The receptionist lady staff is no manners and no smile, and hotel room don’t have provide hair dryer, toilet so smelly and water so small, one light bulb also spoiled they didn’t change, but the room bed is not bad

It shows as three star hotel but no drinking water bottle supply, no tooth brush supply. Small room with no window. Old stuffs and not good in ventalation. A little far away from BRT and main locations to visit.

My husband and I stayed for one night before we went to the airport the following day. The only real positives were that the bed was huge so we slept well and our large bags which we didn't want to carry around all day after we have checked out, could be left in the lobby. Everything else about this hotel needs improving from the dated and dingy decor to the limited breakfast. The photos online are incredibly deceiving and the hotel needs a complete overhaul and deep clean to come up to a standard I would expect when I spend $30 on a room in Thailand.

Location: a bit far fr the main street though walking distance from siam square and MBK center (roughly 15 min). There’s 711 in the corner so not bad Facilities: hotel lobby is under construction when we arrived so we had to use the restaurant entrance and checked in from there Service: very accommodating and friendly staff; popcorn and juice as a welcome treat! There’s one staff who’s english speaking though he’s on a day shift. coffee and tea is available all day. Breakfast is not too bad. They have toast and jam, cereals, rice, egg, veggies and chicken. Room: bed is okay. Not fluffy but clean. Cr is horrendous though - there’s a foul odor! Hope they could have that fixed!! Place is a bit eery probably because it’s old and under construction. I’d give them a poor rating but since the staffs are friendly and accommodating.. and considering the price, i opted for an over-all average!
