Very helpful staff, we arrived late evening and took advantage of the shuttle service from BKK. On arrival we were met by a friendly, well spoken receptionist. Despite the restaurant being closed we were able to dine in the cafe, choosing both Asian and Western cuisine - good food. Our room was basic but very clean (great value for money) Breakfast was typical fair for a budget hotel, trying to cater for many culinary needs, the food could have been hotter.

In between places I needed a place to stay over for the night and found this property on Booking.com. I booked a room with transport from and to the airport included in the room rate. Tried contacting the hotel through the booking.com website to inform them about my flight details as they didn’t bother contacting me to ask about my travel plans. Booking.com informed me that the hotel also did not reply to their request. I then told to Booking.com to forget about it as I was planning to visit the place a few days prior to my arrival anyway to leave a suitcase in storage... When I arrived at the property to leave my suitcase the reception wrote down my flight details and made a sign with my name on that they would show upon my arrival... When I returned, sadly no one was waiting for me. I called the hotel and had to spell my name many times for them to find my booking with a message to wait for 15-20 min outside (it was 35°C). It took them half an hour to get there, I was soaked... Once in the hotel the check in went smooth but the A/C in my room wasn’t properly working so they moved me to another room. If you can, avoid a room on the 4th floor (highest floor) as the temperatures in the room as extremely high. The room had all the amenities needed, comfortable bed and the breakfast buffet - though limited – had everything needed for a fast breakfast on the way back to the airport. When I checked in I requested transport back to the airport at 7:00am. Amazingly they managed to forget that too and told me to wait for 20 min to be picked up. My flight was leaving at 8:50am and after 10 minutes, they called a taxi to bring me to the airport because they realised I was going to hit trouble. To make a long story short, the hotel is a clean place but the service and punctuality leave much to be desired. The management of Crystal Suites need to polish up their game!

We stayed one night before our flight back to the uk,we had a deluxe room.Airport shuttle takes 10min we paid 150baht for 2 of us.There is a paseo mall near by with loads of places to eat and a market from 4.Its a hotel for a one night stay.

We reserved their Deluxe Suite, with airport transfer, but they gave us their regular room with an extra twin bed (which we neither requested nor needed!) and claimed that this is also a Deluxe room because of extra bed. We pointed to the web photos which clearly depicted a larger room with small dining set and sofa. They refused to upgrade us and refused to refund the difference in price. The aircon unit in the room did not work so they moved us into a regular room (no extra bed) with a working aircon. Unfortunately, this room was full of mosquitoes and we did not get much sleep at all. We had a look at their breakfast spread and it did not look appetizing so we chose not to eat. On top of it all, the shuttle driver was surly and texted on his phone while driving. This is an aging hotel with a spiffed up lobby. The pics look good, but the rooms are well worn. There are better places in this area at half the price. Very disappointed.

I spent 1 night and I payed for the early booking fee as I arrived around at 8am. Breakfast and diner was correct. Staff was polite. The hotel was in renovation work. Room was ok, large and equipped with air conditioner.

Comfortable room but breakfast all dried up and in open dishes some with flies landing. Indifferent staff. Problem with my credit card at checkout and despite negotiating threatened to call Police according to Booking .com agent I spoke to..

This hotel did everything we asked for. The staff was attentive and polite. We arrived at 8.00am after a night flight and our room was ready in 20 minutes without any additional early check in charge. Great service especially when you have 2 young kids who were exhausted. The beers aren't cheap but the surrounding area offers a lot more reasonable local prices. The area in Bangkok is run down but don't be put off as the people were lovely and there is a shopping mall left out of the hotel.

This is a clean comfortable and well-organised hotel. It's main benefit is its very close proximity to the airport. It's a long way from the tourist sites of Bangkok and there's not much around the hotel. But it's my number 1 when I have an early departure.

Booked to stay here last minute before flying out of Bangkok airport. Chose this hotel because it was the only mid-range four-star option in the area with semi-decent reviews but unfortunately the hotel is a 2-star at best. Images on Booking.com must be at least 10 years old because the hotel looks nothing like this now. We moved out of our first room because there was an enormous blood-stain on the mattress topper in the bed, covered only by a thin sheet. The staff moved us into another room where the bed also had a blood stain. Apart from that: - The food is the worst I've ever encountered in Thailand. The complimentary snack on our Thai Airways flight from Krabi was better quality than the food at the hotel. - No WiFi in the rooms, only in common areas. - The hotel shuttle costs more than a taxi - When we got up to leave, the taxi we had ordered to pick us up at 6.30 am had not been ordered. Luckily the hotel found us one pretty quickly If i ever stay at Bangkok airport again I'll happily pay the premium price for one of the two 5-star hotels in the area to avoid another experience like this one.

Good value for money ,very close to the airport?we stayed one night,great staff ,breakfast not too bad and you can even book a shuttle with them from and to the airport with a small charge . I definitely recommend
