It look like a family business. It was a last minute I was rushing back to bkk from the island . Mean to look for a cheap room for a night but end up staying 7 . It cheap so don’t expect too much . But you got everything provide for a comfy sleep. Most thing are within walking distance

Great.

Awesome hotel, with helpful staff. When it’s was raining one day they offered ous umbrellas. Great WiFi. Awesome air conditioning. Good cleaning. Free shampoo and shower gel. Can barrow stuff for the kitchen wish is very helpful. The hotel its very close to the train station. Close to markets with cheap street food. It’s located in the business area of Bangkok so its harder to find multiple choices of beer in those supermarkets. But just walk a few blocks away and you will find what your looking for. Would defiantly come back to this hotel. Good price and service. Don’t understand some other reviews of this hotel.

alright

the hotel looks better on the pictures from internet but in reality it a bit old. my stay was alright but i hated the fact that the hotel only change the bedsheet after 2 days. if you have sex today you have to wait for 2 days to get the bedsheet change which is not good. also i hate the fact that you have the ask the reception to open the door when going out and when coming in. It will be better if the room card can unlock the door from outside or inside . apart from that , it was ok. the staff were nicer and always willing to help. from there it easy to go anywhere and it closer to the BTS Chong nonsi station 5 minutes walk.

Good location, but uncomfortable at all!

The room was standard with limited amenities (only shower gel and shampoo), outdated furniture including CRT TV with very few channels, torn pillow case, and especially uncool air-conditioner! I tried this place because of its location, unfortunately it was obvious that this advantage was not enough and I had made a wrong choice!

Good choice for the area.

The hotel was located in a good area, and everything was close by on foot. The room was a bit noisy though because of the street. The staff was kind, we just had a slight problem with the communication. We asked them for washing up our clothes and the next day we found them on the bed, waiting for us! I really appreciated that.

Stay Here if You Just Need a Place for Luggage

We stayed 3 nights at Cordia Residence Sathorn from 24 - 27 Dec 2016. This hotel is very, very basic. Not ideal for family or couples. But for single travelers who don't want any frills, need a place just to house the luggage and sleep at night, Cordia Residence Sathorn is great value for money (I paid about S$30 for a room per night). It is located at the entrance of a small lane (Sathorn Soi 8) so taxi drivers may not know where it is. We used Google maps to direct the cab driver to it. You'll get a local feel staying here as during weekdays, workers from surrounding offices come to a few food stalls around the area for lunch. The nearest BTS station is Chong Nonsi, which is about a 3-minute walk away. The whole hotel looks aged and there's a musky smell but for that price, can't really ask for much. The worst room to stay is room no. 205. It is right next to the lift so you can hear other guests pass your room and it is the smallest. We booked 3 rooms and although I paid the same price for all rooms, no. 205 is the smallest. After I put my luggage, there's hardly any space to walk. And it is also just above the small road so you can hear traffic. The water heater also wasn't working. Indicate in our booking NOT TO STAY IN ROOM 205. That is if the staff understands what you wrote as English is not very understood in this hotel.

We stayed 5 days total in the hotel and it was over our expectations. Actually we would like to book more 2 days, but it was not available on Hotels so we book it from Agoda for the last 2 days. For sure that we will come back again :)

One night stay is enough

Old hotel in the middle of a row of shop houses. Only wifi available. No breakfast. Hard bed to sleep on. Old bathroom. A bid run down in the room with old furniture with no facilities elsewhere in this small hotel.. Just stayed 1 night, next day, said bye bye to them and on our way to Pattaya. Staff were however were polite.

Basic comforts, big bathroom, near a train station, has 711 store beside it, and food stations right at the entrance in the morning till lunch. Language barrier problems with the staff, but they still try their best to be accommodating. Wish the room had its water heater for coffee/tea, and cups. Not much to do or see within the immediate vicinity, but Silom area is about 10 to 15 min away.
