Excellent location, nice safe neighborhood, good transport links. Breakfast was nice and changed every day however not enough seating. Cleaners were very honest and informed us that money had been left laying around on a table. Lack of mirrors in some of the rooms. Lack of hooks in the bathroom. Remember to request rooms close together as we weren't able to get it during check-in.

walkable to the BTS train station to go around the city, bus terminal to eastern provinces, shopping and dining options. Hotel provided a western and local styles breakfast in a nice and clean seating area. Staff are nice.

It was really clean and quiet and the staff were really friendly. However there were many mosquitoes in my room and I was bitten quite a few times even with bug spray. Our toiletries and water was always restocked so that was great. The room is very spacious and the location was not noisy. Good distance to BTS Ekkamai. Breakfast was standard, however they did not refill the bread a lot for all 6 days i stayed, so that was confusing for me. They only refilled two pieces a day. Lastly, the staff are friendly however one critique would be that we asked for directions to go to DMK airport (the smaller airport) using public transport by calling the concierge and they said they did not know. Would be good if the staff was educated on common questions guests may ask as this is a basic question.

A lot for price: hotel & location.

Few minute walk from commuter local train station. Mall attached to station has many moderate priced Japanese restaurants, supermarket and coffee places. Hotel room not fancy but has true king-size bed (firm) and much better bathroom than pricey hotels. Korean BBQ attached to hotel. Across street is Aussie Coffee Club restaurant. Breakfast buffet hot dishes better than most hotels. Swanky malls just two stations away.

Decent property/location - poor service standards

Hotel staff friendly and good location for BTS, etc. However, they screwed up my breakfast order two days in a row including waking me up on the second day by delivering at the wrong time with no apology whatsoever. Can't give them higher rating based on that alone. BTW - the food was also cold... :(

Excellent location. Within 5mins walk to Ekamai station. For a studio room it was big. Amenities was excellent if not for the limited TV channels. Mostly Japanese and India Football league. Breakfast can be improved with more varieties. Quick response to room issue.

Amazing Stay

My one week stay at the Civic Horizon Hotel & Residence was amazing. Location was excellent. BTS skytrain station just about a 5 min walk from the hotel. Ekamai Gateway mall with lots of restaurants and shops just across the street. Daily housekeeping was amazing. Room and bed was kept clean throughout my stay. Staffs were very friendly.
