Good location in proximity of all shopping areas. Lots of restaurant, food vendor and massage parlour in the vicinity. Safe hotel. Easy to locate. Pleasant receptionist, willing to help. Accesible by metro.
Good hotel. Rooms are OK. They clean the room daily no need to press clean my room button. So better to lock bags if you go out. Staff good. If you come by MRT you can get down payathai BTS or Rachaparop MRT. Indra market walking distance, There is a morning market starting 5.30am to 9.00am around there. We stayed 4 nights there. Vegetarian breakfast from 6.30 to 10.30am.
Hello, I visited Bangkok with my 5 friends.. We booked this Hotel by GOIBIBO.. Our experience was good with this hotel. Staff was polite.. Only one thing which I found not good that is the room size.. Rooms are little small in size.. But cleaned.. Market is nearby, like Indra square market, platinum mall, local market.. You can go by walk.. I recommend dis hotel for those who are going with friends not for family..
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel which is located in the middle of the busy Pratunam district. Every morning without fail, we are greeted by their friendly staff. Would love to compliment "Dan" for his excellent service in which he took pride in whatever he is doing. However, was very disappointed with their free tuktuk services. As mentioned from the website, there would be free tuktuk services to Phayathai station. When asked the staff the drive us there, they told us they would only send us to Soi 11 or Soi 17 in which we had to walk a distant before reaching the bts.
We stayed in this hotel for 6 days 5 nights. Great staff. They clean the room daily and replenished complimentary water & toiletries everyday. Good location..Near train station, shopping center, night market and street foods available along the road. If you haven't book your tour yet no worries because many stalls there offering different tour destination in Thailand. They served vegetarian breakfast. If you're not a vegetarian person do not include in your booking the breakfast. But definitely we will book again in this hotel when we comeback in Thailand.
Fully Recommended to stay at hotel. This is my second time staying at this hotel. A very good hotel services. Location a very near to restaurants, food and drink stalls. Looking forward to stay here again for the next trips. Thank you very much to the bell boy Mr Day and Mr Dav and the receptionist. See you in future. 👍🏻

Situated smack bang in the middle of Bangkok's busy and bustling shopping district, this hotel is not for people who are looking for some peace and quiet. It is more for those for want to shop to their heart's content because, the morning market, night market, Indra market and Platinum Mall all are within walking distance. Breakfast spread is only vegetarian and options are limited. It could be improved. Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. They also offer complimentary tuk-tuk services to the main road which was nice. Plenty of eating options nearby. Rooms were clean and neat but a little on the smaller side. Wifi was good in the rooms.
I don't know why MakeMyTrip continues to keep this hotel in their itinerary. It's worst located near Indra market. Crowded with food stalls which restricts vehicular movement. Not conveniently located for any sight seeing. If you are interested in sight seeing more than the shopping, definitely not the hotel to stay. Moreover, the staff is rude. The rooms are funnily small. The toilets are smelly and not ventilated at all. Have been regular traveler to Bangkok and would advise to stay near Ashok Station or nearby to enjoy better side of Bangkok and better hotels.
The best part of staying at citin is its right in the shopping market..For people staying in Bangkok specially for shopping this is a good option. Rooms are very decent n clean. Hotel staff is very cooperative too. It also has few Indian restaurants nearby. It's around 45 mins from the airport.
