Went with family in November. Stayed for 5 nights. It is good accommodation as it is right in the market. No dearth of Indian food around but you have to taste the street food that is in plenty in the street only. Seven eleven is right in front of the hotel. Good breakfast but less variety. All in all value for money.
Hotel is located at centre point of city with so many things around like mall,street food,night market,souvenir and much easier approach to Central area of city. Main park is also closer. Economical shopping and food option are around, closer to Paya Thai Metro station if you approach from Railway citing.

Extremely good service by two hotel staff, Mr Sorn and Mr Kung, they went beyond what we expected, to carry our luggages to the Airport Rail Link station near our hotel. We appreciate their kindness in advising us the cheaper and faster alternative to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel is located in Pratunum, great location with awesome night markets and massage centers. Massage price ranges from 200 baht to 300. Street food are awesome if you are exploring local delights!
Rooms were small, and bedsheets weren't super clean. Limited options for food. Try not get room in a new building rather than old. Staff is cooperative. They provide good transport services. It was not so comfortable stay. Also chaotic street, not a good place to stay for vegetarians but very close to market. 10mins walking distance to best shopping places
The location is very convenient and safe because it's near many big shopping malls like Platinum, Central World. The staff is very friendly, well speaking English and helpful. The room is okay, not too big for 3 people but it is clean.
It is located along a narrow street and surrounded by street food vendors and small shops. It is relatively clean for a very busy place. It is around 200 - 300m away from the shopping areas. Very convenient. They even have a free tuktuk service that can bring guests to the main roads - when you plan to walk or take a taxi to the big malls. They say coming back is hard as taxis would drop you only at the main road nearest the hotel but we did not experience that. The taxi and rented van brought us to our hotel despite the inconvenience of the narrow road. It is safe here. The staff is okay - there are those who speak English. The rooms are okay but our friends were booked on the 2nd floor which is beside a noisy bar. Breakfast is vegetarian food. Same good every time but it was good. I will come back here if they give the 50% off again next December. Btw, the weather at this end month was cool enough for me.
It took us almost an hour in lobby for the check in process, half an hour spent on waiting for the room, due to the room was not yet ready. Our arrival time was 3pm, so we were expected the room was ready but eventually it was not. Imagine we were starving at that time, isn’t an happy experience. After the long waiting, here comes the most disappointed part. We booked for triple room via agoda.com, and what we given was double room with extra bed. The staff told us that what they got email from agoda.com, it is double room with extra bed. We shown them the booking confirmation which is written “triple room”, but the staff said they could not help me on this. They advised me direct complaint to the website.It is kinda ruining our holiday mood at the beginning. The room is at new block, but their lift seem lack of maintenance,. We had trapped in the lift once for a minute, it stopped and black out until i pressed all buttons on different floor to try to get out, and god blessed us, it works! However i must give credit to their staff, helpful and friendly, trying to give extra effort to serve us. This is the only good part in this hotel. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again for my future visit to Bangkok.
Even though it was a tough 3 nights staying (due to loud aircon noises) the customer service in Citin Pratunam totally compensate for those bad nights. I would like to thank Mr Dan as well for taking the effort for recovering my brother's toy back in the hotel (I will be back to collect it). Customer service in this hotel is excellent, taking care of your needs and everyone is really helpful. Thank you Citin :)
The bell boys were especially friendly and helpful. They would always greet us when we enter the hotel lobby. Mr Day even offered to help carry our luggage to the ratchaprarop station. Overall the hotel is good, the room was spacious and location was excellent as the street food below our hotel was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.
