You will not get what you paid for . If you can pay their rate , go and book Baiyoke Suite instead which is same amount , but you will feel comfortable and will value for money. Pros: 3 stars hotel - Free toothpaste toiletries will be provided 😂 Cons: Rooms are very small . Any Car cannot go in to drop you in front of hotel .You need to walk in. No facial tower will not be provided Breakfast is for vegetarians(under average), It only meant especially for Hindi people .It is not international buffet. I won't never came here again. I feel cheated.

Very average hotel. The main usp is the shopping hub around the hotel. If a person has a shopping addiction then this hotel is the best. Hotel is in the pratunam market area, nearly half a km to Indra market and nearly a km to Platinum fashion mall. Otherwise it is a very basic hotel. Room was nice, cleaned and well maintained but not too big. Food was just okay, not much of a variety and all vegetarian. Staff was courteous and helpful. Basically a 3 star hotel so no swimming pool.

Fourth time staying at Citin pratunam hotel with my family. Spacious room, although furniture quite old but Housekeeper made an effort in cleaning the room throughly providing us clean rooms everyday. Hotel staffs are very patience, friendly and helpful with information and service (eg. Baggage) thank you so much Mr. Sek/KUNG and his team : )

On the recommendation of a business partner, I decided to select this hotel. We were visiting for a fair. It was pouring when I arrived into Bangkok. It was difficult to find a taxi from the metro station and eventually I had to take a bike taxi. The location of the hotel is within deep lanes and it would have been very difficult for me to reach through taxi. I was soaking wet and requested for an early check in. The receptionist was very adamant and rude, I do believe they had rooms but still did not allocate me my room. I waited for an hour. At 12.00 noon as well they said they will not allocate me the room before there checkin time. I decided to head out for lunch and came back at the designated check-in time. At 3.00 PM also they made me wait for 15 minutes before allocating the room to me. My room was in another building. Very average quality room, the towels were also old. The pictures on the website do not match to the rooms they provide. The management is showing a complete different picture. There was no hot water coming and I had to complain 2-3 times. One of my reasons to select this hotel was it was strict vegetarian. I follow a strict vegetarian diet and requested the purser to request the chef to atleast make one dish without root vegetables but that was not done in 3 days of my stay. I just managed with some coffee and fruit. I am so glad to have checkout after 3 days and moved to a better hotel in Sukhamvait area at a similar price. This hotel can be completely avoided. Location, quality, service everything was a big disappointment.

Recommended. A very good hotel services. Location a very near to restaurants, food and drink stalls. Looking forward to stay here again for the next trips. Thank you very much to the bell boy Mr Kung and Mr Day and the receptionist Ms Sarah. See you in future.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in room no.1501 and 1502. The location of this hotel is in little India. There are many Indian restaurants in this area. There are many shops for shopping and there is indra square nearby, which is a shopping complex. This hotel is very good for family stay at a very affordable price. The reception staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff are very polite, helpful and cooperative. They treat their guests at the maximum honour. The restaurant is pure vegetarian. The only drawback in this hotel is that the food served is continental. Indian food can be included in the menu as many Indians stay in this hotel. Our special thanks to Miss.Sarah and Mr.Kung who were very hospitable, polite, helpful and cooperative. We look forward to stay in this hotel if we visit Bangkok again to receive the hospitality of Miss.Sarah and Mr.Kung.

I have been going back to the hotel for consecutive of 3yrs. The location is excellent and there is a tuk tuk service that drives you from the hotel to just opposite the platinum mall which takes 2days to conquer. As always gataii helped with the swift check in and also provide extra customer services to introducing me to visit some of the bangkok hipster place. Definitely returning there soon :)

We stayed here for one night and I am glad I made that decision to stayed for only one night. Being a budget hotel there are no big expectations. Only thing is the hotel must at least try to be sincere and honest about serving the guests. Attached photos show a shabby and absolutely disgusting condition of the room. We were asked to broken electrical fixtures, filthy fridge, broken cabinets and unkempt bathroom. Hotel management knew that we are a big group of tourists from a foreign country; have group members age three to sixty six. Still we were forced to stay in two different buildings. When we protested we were asked to adjust as we were going to stay for "just a night" Only thing that might work for this hotel is it is near the market area.

I booked via Trip Adviser fully paid in advance. When checked in @ 1215 hour, I was asked to wait for two full hour more for the actual get in to the room, i.e., 1415 hour. Housekeeping been late. Don't know whether it is Trip Adviser or the hotel who sells rooms not really ready ....by the date booked. Service is satisfactory though.

Special thank you to your stuff Mr Sorn & Mr.Sek for helped us to carry baggage when saw both of us (two girl) have not enough strength for carrying from Hotel to MTR station. Your stuff are kind and friendly . Besides, the room overall is good. THANKS.
