Great location, great services, one of my favorite hotel in Bangkok.

One of the best hotel in Bangkok at a great location. The staffs are the best and the hotel is very clean. This is a five stars hotel we love it here.

Excellent! Without a doubt our most favorite hotel in Bangkok. In the past 15 years when we visited Thailand we stayed at Centre Point Silom. The staff was extremely friendly, caring and pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean with heated toilet seat and bidet, excellent! There were great appliances in the room such as household size refrigerator, microwave, TV, stereo, two burner stove, washer and dryer. Are you kidding me, utensils, pots, frying pan, plates, bowls and electric hot water machine were all included. The room was spacious, including dining table for two, a couch for guests and had a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel rooms are located on top of Robinson Shopping Mall with food court, restaurants and a huge grocery store in the basement. Wi Fi was good enough to use skype from the hotel room. The location is perfect, right next to BTS Skytrain and Chao Phraya express boat, less than 10 minutes away from Chinatown Bangkok. Some 5 hotels that we stayed weren't this good. We highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners, a true sample of excellent!

Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms and good amenities. Good location, close to sky train and the pier to catch the boats along the river. Has food court and supermarket as well as a department store under the hotel which was convenient.

Terrible service. I was ignored trying to check in for nearly 20 minutes, refused breakfast even though I paid for it, and hotel staff would not exchange currency. After 4 trips to Thailand, this was my first time ever experience downright rude staff and service. Stay somewhere else. After a terrible travel schedule with 5 flights in 36 hours, this hotel was the worst part of it!

The room is spacious and clean. Has all the amenities included. Even has a umbrella in case you need it. The humidity in the room is high so air condition must be turn on high power to get rid of the dampness. Otherwise everything feels damp.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed in Bangkok and Pattaya during this trip and our experience at the Pattaya hotel only reinforces how great this one was. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We requested a crib in the room at the time of booking as we had our 13 month old with us and it was waiting for us in the room upon check-in. We didn't even check-in until about 1:30am because our flight landed so late and the staff was very helpful even at that hour. The bed and hotel furnishings were very comfortable and spacious. There is even a mall with a grocery store attached to the hotel which made things very convenient for when we needed milk and additional diapers for our son. While it was weird to me to have to pay extra for breakfast when booking the room, it appeared to be a normal thing for all the hotels in Thailand and this breakfast was well worth the price. It had both Thai, English, and American breakfast items. We never had any issues finding something tasty to eat for breakfast. We picked this hotel mainly based on its close proximity to the MRT station and everything else was an enjoyable plus. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location for exploring the city. Room was large.

Very nice big apartment room... great value for money

when checking in was given a room where someone else was sleeping. we checked in again and key did not work, and this happened again! the manager had to be called and I was given an upgrade with a key that did work. On the last day the washer dryer did not work. They then told me the dryer does not work and I had to throw the wet clothes in the bag. They made no effort to assist me!

Fantastic, atmospheric location .... Everything is right at hand, plus old world Chinatown right out the door. Loved it!

Centre Point Silom was amazing. The room was huge and has a washer/dryer available. Our room had a great view of the river and we loved watching the riverboats all lit up at night floating down the river. The pool is absolutely amazing with a great view. And the breakfast buffet is worth it. The hotel is very clean and the staff was wonderful and very friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A great hotel for the location, wonderful breakfast, facilities, nice staff, etc.

Wonderful stay with very convenient location, very helpful staffs. Also, good and balanced breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staffs were very helpful, attentive, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room is large and comfortable. Love the large pool with gorgeous landscaped and city view. Sauna is nice, location is good closed to sky-train, harbor and stores.

Dear Willem, Thank you very much for your kind comment and your support at our Centre Point Hotel Silom. Please be informed that we accept only 7 currencies to exchange. If our guests would like to exchange any other currency, we would recommend them to exchange at the bank in the Robinson Department Store which is connected to our hotel. And I apologize for any inconvenience caused by our staff. I have briefed them to prevent the same situation in the future. Have a good time.
