Room is very spacious. It comes with microwave, a big fridge and a cutlery set. Room is big enough to fit a family of four. Location were just to massage place (in fact, just opp) and shopping area... I like their breakfast, they have the standard. Staff are helpful when seeking for help to check locations.

Room is very spacious. It comes with microwave, a big fridge and a cutlery set. Room is big enough to fit a family of four. Hotel is not too far from malls approx 10-15 mins walk to pratunam, central world etc. There are day/night market near the hotel.

staff were polite, service was great. Big and comfortable rooms. Location was near to massage place (in fact, just opp). Near to platinum shopping centre. Though it's a distance away from bts. Will def go back n stag again!

Hotel staff are very polite & helpful. Very thoughtful of the hotel to place a small drink counter for hotel guests to cool & hydrate themselves from the hot weather. Hotel although don't looked new but the building interior & room (which is pretty big) is very clean & pleasant. They even have a side entrance from the main road, just next to a 7-11 store. Hotel is very close to Platinum Fashion Mall & walkable distance to Central World, Big C supermart. The street beside hotel (Soi Petchaburi 15) has plenty massage shops! Went to Number One & its really good & cheap! Overall, its a good stay in Centre Point Pratunam Hotel & I would definitely consider this hotel for my future Bangkok trips!

After having stayed at many different locations in the past, I recently returned to Centre Point -- now called 'Pratunam' and fully renovated by the time you read this. When I initially checked in, they were about to start renovations on the rooms between floors 12-20 --- and I was given a room on the 12th floor. After an unrelated issue, I was moved to the 22nd floor, so I could compare the rooms pre- and post-renovation. Centre Point Pratunam has successfully improved the property with the renovations -- the rooms look great, the pool area is greatly improved (I miss the elephant water spouts, though -- but the saltwater is great), and the breakfast buffet is back to being expansive and delicious, including many pork products ;-) Staff and management was very friendly, and always helpful. I have never had any issues. My only complaint was regarding the prices -- I extended my stay several times, requiring a re-booking, and the prices during my time (in the weeks prior to songkran) fluctuated wildly, particularly for the bundles including breakfast. It would be better to be able to just lock in a given price, and to extend the stay with the same price -- but to be honest, this is an issue across Thailand, if not across Asia, not the particular hotel. WiFi worked and was free, but was spotty at times. Overall, functional and usable.

Hotel is located just opposite Panthip plaza. Platinum Fashion mall is walking distance. And Pratunam market is very close. So, all in all fantastic location. Room was good, though I would have preferred more lighting. Breakfast spread was good, as my vegetarian wife had many options to consider, and my kids loved the sweet desserts. I relished the Thai desserts they offered. They have a well equipped fitness center and a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. The rooms have a kitchenette, and laundry washing machines that they charge for. So in summary, the biggest plus for me was their location. This is the hotel I plan to book anytime I visit Bangkok.

Area was quite convenient as it's Close to platinum mall, pratunam market and many massage parlours that are not overly priced. Not near MRT. Check in was fine but not fabulous, not really much of a smile but it may be because we checked in during the night at 10pm. However, porter was extremely friendly, always smiling and welcoming us back when we came back after a Long day, and being very caring to all the elderly in the family. Also very efficient in calling a taxi or a tuk tuk for us. Refreshing drinks in the lobby for us to drink every single time we want to leave the hotel or when we come back. Room is considered huge as we got the corner/connecting rooms and it is not noisy. Aircon is somehow warm and takes very Long to become cooling, which is bad considering how hot bangkok's weather is. Overall, good experience!

The hotel is good for it's location, other than that, it is just average. It is opposite Platinum mall, very near to pratunam market, about 10 mins walk to Ratchathewi BTS and 15 mins walk to Central World / Big C. There's also a stretch of clean massage parlors right outside the hotel main entrance. Very thoughtful of the management to provide free drinks at the hotel lobby for their guest. Check in and out is fast and seamless. However, the hotel is a little old. You can see the wear and tear of the furniture in the room. Room is huge with 2 queen size bed and it comes with a kitchenette as well. Would prefer a separate standing shower instead of a bathtub + shower as it is impossible to keep the floor of the toilet dry after every shower. Bath tub is not very well maintained. The hotel is also renovating from April 2017 - Sep 2017 (saw this notice in the lift). So those who are thinking of staying here during the renovating period, may want to reconsider.

I stayed 2 night in this hotel and enjoyed from location and facilities. location was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good . swimming pool was in floor F with saltwater. If I go to bangkok again I will stay in this hotel again

This hotel would be good for a layover but I wouldn't stay for longer than 2 nights. Huge rooms with kitchen etc which was nice. Check in staff very friendly and porter was sooo lovely. We had 2 double beds and mine had stains all over the sheets, I called reception asking for clean sheets, a cleaner knocked on the door and just handed me a sheet! I've never been to a hotel where they expect you to change the sheets!!!! Wasn't impressed at all. Not good location, we had to get a taxi everywhere. Very noisy, you could hear a lot in your room. We didn't have a bad stay here but it wasn't a good one either. I wouldn't stay here again.
