It was a great stay for us a family of four. Good location near all shopping places and tourist attractions. The best part is all staff make you feel you are welcome there. The breakfast support team is the best as you feel energetic seeing their natural smile. i would highly recommend for people travelling with family.

I think, price vs. service and quality was great. I stayed in a Zen suit. The staff were smiley and helpful. Only issue was that the room was facing to the next building and I kept curtains closed all the time. Since I was working during the day, I didn't mind. But if you will stay for pleasure, you may wish to consider this. Swimming pool was also small and couldn't be sure how clean was the water. I liked that they offer free water, different type of cold tea everyday and coffee at the entrance. Again, price was really reasonable compare to other options. Location is also great. You need to walk a bit to the metro station, but they offer tuk-tuk service too.

This was our first trip to Bangkok and we could not decide where to stay. I googled Bangkok locations and settled on the Centre Point Hotel Chidlom because of its proximity to Central Bangkok. I was indeed very pleased I chose this hotel. This is a great hotel with 10 minutes’ walk to all amenities, restaurants, burger king, Starbucks, 7eleven, foreign exchange kiosk and BTS overground train station. The area is safe and we could walk in the evening without any fear. The hotel provides free tuktuk service to the Chit Lom BTS station from there one can walk on the sky bridge to all the nearest shopping malls such as Mercury Ville shopping mall, Central World, Gaysorn, Big c, Siam Paragon, Patunam shopping areas, Indra square, Erawan Shrine. We used the tuktuk everyday and the driver was ever so helpful. Even the security staff at the gate were always welcoming. Our room comprised of separate bedroom with its own TV, a living room with a sofa and a TV. The only problem was the TV reception was not very good. It needed to be properly tuned but then we rarely watched TV so it did not matter. There is a separate kitchen area with microwave, fridge, cutleries, stove, washing machine/drier and a dining table When we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready and the Front Desk staff offered an alternative room however, we politely declined and preferred to wait. For this inconvenience, the Hotel Front Desk Manager gave us a surprise the next day with a letter of apology together with a gift and sweets. We thought that was top class gesture and we appreciated it. We used the hotel gym and a salt water swimming pool every other day which is on the sixth floor. In the lobby, hot and cold drinks are provided. This is great hospitality and every day we helped ourselves when we were waiting in the lobby or when we returned to the hotel after touring. The hotel staff who were always courteous and very helpful also impressed us. The breakfast provided is very good with a good selection of international and Thai dishes. However, we would have preferred the selection to be changed every day and extended to include English/Continental breakfast. We had a fabulous 7 nights stay at the hotel. We will certainly be back and will definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends.

I stayed here in the last week of May 17 and have to say the place was well run clean and spotless. As for the location it's near the Bts monorail system and there's a complimentary yuk yuk that takes you to the station and will pick u up from there a good idea in the city heat. There a library and dvd free lending facility if for some reason you get bored and an adequate gym and salt swimming pool. The breakfast caters for all nationalities I'm from the UK and you can get your basic English breakfast there and it also caters for Thai Chinese and Japanese tastes. There is a 7 Eleven nearby if you run short of milk. The rooms are an apartment like set up and my one had a good view of the Soi side road and the other hotels which are also on this road. You have a cooler fridge, microwave, cooker and the room was cleaned to a high standard. You also have a room swipe card operation in the lift for the safety of the guests but you can always ri g reception when you have a guest coming and they will allow them up. ( major plus point). When I was there the majority of guests appeared to be from nearby Asian countries especially Japan and from what I could tell China. The reception desk both during the day and afternoon/evening are bilingual and courteous and can book tours with operators on your behalf. This has to be asked for as there is no obvious booking facility there and I did book a river cruise through them which works out cheaper than doing it while abroad. A special mention to the outside staff who got you taxis and the Tuk Tuk drivers who were all efficient and polite and I tipped all of them when I left for their service as well as the kitchen front line staff such as Mr Kwan Modtaid who would try and get anything for you and Charlotte and Get who are all polite I'd like to mention the others but did not get there names. The hotel is excellent for the malls as they are all within walking distance and the hotel is regularly supplied by taxis.

Traveled to Bangkok many many times, but this time I went alone. I chose this hotel because of its centrally location, and very satisfied w my choice. The room is wide w kitchenette, especially the indoor small saltwater swimming pool, the staff is okie... Will come back when go business to Bangkok.

This may not the best hotel in the centre point group but their staff provide a first class service to the guest and the location is very connivence. Overall, I recommend centre point hotel childlom to you.

While getting to the hotel from the bus station was extremely difficult because of the traffic, especially in the Chidlom area, the hotel itself is excellent. Service was supurb, with the hotel giving me an upgrade, without asking, to a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen. Immaculate rooms with two king-size beds with great mattress, pillows and linens. The wifi was first rate, as was the overall service. There was even a free tuk-tuk service to the nearby US Embassy, the purpose of my visit. And when a cable for cellphone recharging was needed. it was provided.

I am planning my 2 nights stay at Centre Point Chidlom. However, saw 2 options above. 1. If I have 3 adults + 2 kids (age 3 & 8), and I prefer 1 large bed and 2 singles bed room, which one room type above should I book? 2. I saw the hotel policy on booking website, if one of my kid younger than 11 years old can stay free when using existing bedding. Is the recommended room type in Question 1 applicable in my case? 3. The booking websites show breakfast included, but not showing the no. of breakfasts are being included. Can you advise on this? I am thinking if 4 breakfasts are included, do I need to buy an extra breakfast for my kid at age 3? 4. Does the pool has Jacuzzi? Thanks for your answers.

This is a very classy hotel, centrally located and thd rates are very good. Rooms are a bit dated and dome renovations are needed but they are spacious and clean. Service is very good and the brekfast , while not memorable, has a good selection of international and thai dishes. service is excellent.

The hotel is found in a very central area where the train station is close by. In 100 meters range you can get Starbucks, 7eleven, money exchange facilities, street food. The area is so safe ...uou can rvrn walk in the evening solo. The hotel is very neat with hospitable staffs with lots of facilities including video and book library... whenever you got bored you can borrow a book or cd...The room is wide with kitchenette, bathtub and bathroom kits. I enjoyed staying there and if I go back to Bangkok I will definitely stay ... thank you Centre Point Chidlom
