This hotel was just fine for two nights in Bangkok. Anymore and I think I would have preferred something else. We were suppose to be in a king bed and was given two twins for the first night and told everything was booked so that was fairly annoying.

We chose this hotel due to it's location round the corner from a sky train station and the river (also the price was great compared to other hotels in the area!). Arrived late evening and were shown to a lovely clean, modern room. No outside window but it really wasn't an issue for us. Unfortunately we found bed bugs but the staff were extremely accommodating and gave a new (larger!) room straight away. Beds were huge and very comfy, air con was powerful and free bottled water replaced daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food from the attached restaurant was delicious and affordable and you can have this as room service. Ok-sized, very clean pool and beautiful spa level. Overall a fabulous hotel for the price - just loses a star for the bed bugs!

Location is great & staff are really friendly. We came for a whistle stop tour through Bangkok and his hotel was ideal for our option. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. We really couldn’t complain though.

We enjoyed our family’s visit to Bangkok with many new experiences. The Bossotel was attractive in the entrance but the rooms were not very well appointed. The bathroom in our room was potently smelly of sewage. We tried to keep the door shut to the bathroom as much as possible and as spent little time in the room as possible. The breakfasts and other meals we had in the bistro of the hotel were delicious, though. And the staff members were kind and helpful.

This hotel is in a great area lots of outside foodies short walk to the river and across the river is the peninsula hotel a must for coffee and lunch There is a lady in the hallway at the hotel offered us a cruise up the river. It was just three us and very cheap , it took about 2 half to 3 hrs very enjoyable and also a great selection of local food down the road and around The hotel breakfast limited but good .but the Hotel coffee shop not so good looked good . though disappointment particular the coffee.

We stopped for a quick lunch at the Boss restaurant. The prices were about the same as everywhere else and the food was really good. In fact I have to say mine was the best presented that I have seen since being in Thailand. Pictured is my Pad Thai.

I used to recommend Bosshotel to everyone staying in Bangkok: not anymore.Their wifi has to be the most maddening in the world. EVERY time you close a device you have to re-load the wifi and even then , if 50-50 whether it will work. We usually used to stay in the suite but thought we'd try their lowest end room. Big mistake The shower/tub leaked like a sieve. The room was shabby, the towels terrible, the linen worse. What an unpleasant stay! The breakfast was so disappointing. This "used" to be a cheeky alternative to the ridiculously expensive (but gorgeous) Shangri-la Hotel. No more. Don't upset yourself. Give the Bosshotel a miss until they address their shabbiness! I sent my laundry out and no kidding, it came back "worse"- dirtier than what I had sent. My three best blouses were ruined. It looked like chemical stains. In fact it looked like my laundry was not cleaned at all, but simply folded and put back into the bag. Awful! the only good thing is the front desk staff are very pleasant. They are well aware of all the complaints. I attribute this to one penny pinching owner who is trying to nickel and dime his/her customers. Bad choice.People will vote with their feet like me! I will never stay here again and I stayed here 7 times!!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. I was very unssatisfied. There was a terrible smell of mold in the hotel room. The humidity in the room made the air irrespirable. Disturbing. My friends are not recommend. Some hotel rooms have no natural light. The hotel restaurant did not have many dishes, most snacks ... I did not like it and I was not relaxed because of the humidity in the room.

Rooms stink like mold, very high humidity, no windows in some rooms, very dark rooms and the restaurant has very few dishes, most of them sweet. The waiters don't speak english and they are very very slow. 20 minutes for a coffee in the morning.

We originally chose this hotel back in 2002 for it's price and location near the river, Skytrain and a major 5-star hotel where we often had meetings with friends, and business professionals. It started out as a little cafeteria style restaurant with rooms to let. The hotel has evolved and expanded and has become a great little boutique hotel that includes a spa, lap pool, workout room, mini business center and eatery. On our current trip we have been pleasantly surprised at how the restaurant has been remodeled with a bar and new indoor and outdoor seating. The prices have gradually risen over the years but we still find it a good value for our money. For us the staff have always been the reason it was so easy to return to this establishment. They have always been more than accommodating to us and we look forward to seeing them again in the near future.
