Good property, with all Suite Rooms. Very reasonable price, in fact same price as an average Room Hotel in Bangkok. As mentioned all rooms are suites. In Sukhumvit, but in a quiet dead end Sio. Just off Soi 33. Very quiet, rooms a large and pleasant. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, though they will cook to order. Basic Thai breakfast. Great value for money in the centre of town. Would recommended for sure.
Me and my Fiancé stayed here for 3 nights the start of November 2017. We arrived at a very early 7am so check in wasn't due until 2pm, however, being very tired from travelling and site seeing the lady at the desk noticed me falling asleep on the sofa and let us in the room at 1pm! Rooms are massive so plenty of space! We didn't stay in the room for to long as the location is great for shopping (malls) and plenty of public transport around and things to see, the hotel is set off the main road so there was no noise from the city traffic etc! Staff couldn't do enough for you, Lovely people! bathroom was very big with a double shower and bath! We even ordered room service one night and the thai food was amazing! Everything worked in the room, and was clean and tidy! Rooftop swimming pool was a bonus for the humid days and the bar served nice cocktails! We felt very welcomed here and was always greeted with a smile! We would stay here again next time we visit bangkok!
Stayed here for a day before leaving Bangkok. Spacious room, good facilities and a pool on the rooftop. Great value for money! I’d recommend solo travelers and couples staying here if you don’t want to spend enormous amounts.
For all people which want to do business downtown this is a good hotel with friendly staff, more than average size of room. Breakfast is good, make fresh eggs in the morning. Airco is working good, not to loud. Good quality for the value that you pay.
The hotel is a bit dated, still two separate for hot and cold water. The shower was not so clean when I arrived. The swimming pool side is really not so nice and the fitness machine ate just few and old too. Noisy room because old air-condition and they work in the building in front of hotel. In the morning is very bright, very bad for me. Staff ok and good location. Ok for 1500 baht a day, but not recommended.
Annoying when you book a hotel with a fitness centre to find that the belts slip, cables on machines are stretched beyond use, and nothing works like it should. Reported it to reception and got the usual sorry Sir but given the condition of the equipment, it's been in such a poor state for s long time. Stains were also on the pillows. Soft/comfortable bed. Pool has no shaded area. Suite rooms a decent size. Good location with plenty of western food offerings. I won't stay there again
The hotel is tucked away down a little side street of Sukhumvit soi 33, this means its isolated from most of the noise on the main road. On the other hand don't expect a view from your room or even the rooftop pool. The staff were very friendly and polite.I stayed in the deluxe one bedroom suite and I was very happy. the room was clean and comfortable. the only downside is the mattress is quite firm, so if you are used to a softer bed this may be an issue. I did ask for some softer pillows and they were delivered the next day so thank you very much for that. The pool area could use a bit of a refurbishment, however I rated the hotel as 5 stars as for the price range it is in the facilities and location 5 mins walk from the station are very good. As a whole I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I am ever in Bangkok.
We stay here for two nights on our recent trip to Thailand and it was not long enough! Bangkok is a great city with lots to do and Bless Residence in in a good location in the middle of it with easy access to the sky train. The room was lovely. We had an not so great situation when we arrived and were allocated a smoking room (after I had book non-smoking and specifically ticket the 'non-smoking' room box on our check in form), when I complained they sent someone to spray air fresher in the room which did not do, I complained again and we were moved to a non-smoking room on the 7th floor which was exactly the same but without the smell - aside from this the hotel staff were great. Lovely pool and spacious rooms. The breakfast I had read in previous review was average but decided to try it for convenience, it was poor value, do not bother paying for it, I would recommend eating else where, I ordered an omelette on the first day - it was literally an egg rolled up no filings.
The hotel is really well situated so you can easily access the city on foot. There are so many bars and restaurants in Sukhumvit within walking distance and then the metro line is only down the road. We also took the boat on the canal into the centre of town, that is about a 25-30 minute walk through some interesting areas, but well worth it as it is cheap and there is no traffic! The hotel itself is tucked away so actually, is really quiet when you want to sleep. The room we had was huge, a living area and kitchen with a separate bedroom and ensure. Much bigger than I expected for the price! Decor was good, seemed quite fresh and nothing was broken or tired. Staff were really helpful and polite. English is spoken really well by reception staff and even the staff whose English isn't great, they were still able to communicate and help out as they are outgoing and want to make your stay easy. I would recommend staying here if you want a clean, modern hotel as a base for exploring the city. It is comfortable and quiet to sleep here and there is so much to see within walking distance.
I come to Bangkok for a few weeks every winter and this is my favorite hotel. I stayed there three different times during my recent trip. The Good: Nice large rooms with kitchenettes, very clean, excellent front desk staff, beautiful rooftop pool that I swam in every day (usually had the pool to myself). The other guests were mostly Japanese and very well behaved - no wild parties or nighttime noise. The Bad: There is really nothing bad about the place. The pool area has very little shade and I don't like to lay in the sun so I usually waited until around 4 or 5 to use the pool area. Some have commented that the back side is quieter but there is some construction going on at the lot behind them so best to inquire about construction at least in the near future. I stayed on the front side (facing Soi 33) and it was very quiet as the hotel is set back from the street. I liked the location - as soon you get to the soi there is a ton of good street food, a couple of western pubs across the street, and about a 10 minute walk to a beautiful shopping mall (The Emquarter) with many good places to eat. Also check out Benjasiri Fitness Park across the main street - good place to watch the Thai getting fit (or to get fit yourself). I plan to stay there every time I come to Bangkok.
