The hotel is tucked away down a little side street of Sukhumvit soi 33, this means its isolated from most of the noise on the main road. On the other hand don't expect a view from your room or even the rooftop pool. The staff were very friendly and polite.I stayed in the deluxe one bedroom suite and I was very happy. the room was clean and comfortable. the only downside is the mattress is quite firm, so if you are used to a softer bed this may be an issue. I did ask for some softer pillows and they were delivered the next day so thank you very much for that. The pool area could use a bit of a refurbishment, however I rated the hotel as 5 stars as for the price range it is in the facilities and location 5 mins walk from the station are very good. As a whole I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I am ever in Bangkok.

We stay here for two nights on our recent trip to Thailand and it was not long enough! Bangkok is a great city with lots to do and Bless Residence in in a good location in the middle of it with easy access to the sky train. The room was lovely. We had an not so great situation when we arrived and were allocated a smoking room (after I had book non-smoking and specifically ticket the 'non-smoking' room box on our check in form), when I complained they sent someone to spray air fresher in the room which did not do, I complained again and we were moved to a non-smoking room on the 7th floor which was exactly the same but without the smell - aside from this the hotel staff were great. Lovely pool and spacious rooms. The breakfast I had read in previous review was average but decided to try it for convenience, it was poor value, do not bother paying for it, I would recommend eating else where, I ordered an omelette on the first day - it was literally an egg rolled up no filings.

The hotel is really well situated so you can easily access the city on foot. There are so many bars and restaurants in Sukhumvit within walking distance and then the metro line is only down the road. We also took the boat on the canal into the centre of town, that is about a 25-30 minute walk through some interesting areas, but well worth it as it is cheap and there is no traffic! The hotel itself is tucked away so actually, is really quiet when you want to sleep. The room we had was huge, a living area and kitchen with a separate bedroom and ensure. Much bigger than I expected for the price! Decor was good, seemed quite fresh and nothing was broken or tired. Staff were really helpful and polite. English is spoken really well by reception staff and even the staff whose English isn't great, they were still able to communicate and help out as they are outgoing and want to make your stay easy. I would recommend staying here if you want a clean, modern hotel as a base for exploring the city. It is comfortable and quiet to sleep here and there is so much to see within walking distance.

I come to Bangkok for a few weeks every winter and this is my favorite hotel. I stayed there three different times during my recent trip. The Good: Nice large rooms with kitchenettes, very clean, excellent front desk staff, beautiful rooftop pool that I swam in every day (usually had the pool to myself). The other guests were mostly Japanese and very well behaved - no wild parties or nighttime noise. The Bad: There is really nothing bad about the place. The pool area has very little shade and I don't like to lay in the sun so I usually waited until around 4 or 5 to use the pool area. Some have commented that the back side is quieter but there is some construction going on at the lot behind them so best to inquire about construction at least in the near future. I stayed on the front side (facing Soi 33) and it was very quiet as the hotel is set back from the street. I liked the location - as soon you get to the soi there is a ton of good street food, a couple of western pubs across the street, and about a 10 minute walk to a beautiful shopping mall (The Emquarter) with many good places to eat. Also check out Benjasiri Fitness Park across the main street - good place to watch the Thai getting fit (or to get fit yourself). I plan to stay there every time I come to Bangkok.

Fairly good value, and a perfect place for us, a family with young kids. The pros include a large living space and bathroom, with a separate sleeping area. Big baby cots are available and even our almost 4 year old insisted on one. The mini kitchen was handy and we could keep snacks and drinks on hand. The pool is okay and was clean, with a children's area, but slippery. But the best of all is the location. A minutes walk to: the bts, a playground/green space, shopping, decent restaurants, grocery store, and street food haven. After reading reviews, we skipped the optional breakfast and grabbed fruit, sticky rice and pork noodle soup just outside, for a fraction of the price. Yum. The cons of this place: a really really loud a/c, no curtain on the glass doors to the sleeping area, only 2 dining chairs (with kids we are four) and really bare bones kitchen equipment. What's the point in having a heat range without a pot, pan, or even dish soap?? Staff were friendly enough but while we were there we barely saw anyone, guests or staff, aside from the reception.

This hotel, is a nice mid range hotel, that is located walking distance from the sky train, so that you can get anywhere quick. Lots of street food and restaurant right outside your door. The rooms are clean quiet and spacious and well priced. The bathroom was quite nice, large and spacious they had NO gym that i could see, but free parking for the guest. The breakfast was a add on to the cost of the room, but I did not add it to my room, for went out to eat. Close to the airport by taxi about 300 BHT,also a fare bit of shopping and malls around you. If you are looking for a 'View" this is NOT the place to get it, its a hotel that is situated so that you can get around and enjoy the Pulse of the city. The pool is on the roof, but did not go for when i was there in June, it was rainy season. Wifi Came with the room, and if you make calls from the room the hotel will charge you for them, even if the calls are "Within" the city.

Room was a lot bigger than expected and very well decorated and very clean. i was a bit concerned about the reviews for the breakfast but it was great a small choice for the hotel but a mix of asian and western and they cooked my poached eggs to order.. i was the only guest at breakfast but i learned that the rest were people on a golfing trip so were out early... The hotel staff were plesant and spoke good english Went to the Grand palace and asked the staff which was the best way to get there.. the next day had a conversation with the member of staff and advised her what it was loke at the palace.. the 2 bars/nighclubs outside of the hotel are closed and have no idea at presant what they are going to be. I would recomend this hotel.

Lovely large spacious apartment, with a king size comfy bed, lovely lounge area and large bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Very clean with good maid service, our only minor issue was the beautiful pool area had only 2 wicker sun beds and a few wicker chairs which were very uncomfortable. I would recommend this hotel, it is a 3 minute walk from a sky train station, 5 minutes from the local park and surrounded by street food vendors, bars, restaurants and massage parlours.

Nice room/ good position in the skytrain Line. We had the double superior room for 2 nights. Good welcome, professional smiling staff. I suggest you not to take the breakfast at the hotel. Too expensive for what you get. With 300 baht you can get far more outside.

If you are looking for a place near BTS and shops, this is it! Huge clean room, helpful staff, amazing roof top pool, fantastic value!! I didn't eat here as too many options nearby, especially fresh fruit in the soi. Highly recommended!
