We travelled as a family of 4 to Bangkok with the intention of staying there for 3 nights before moving down south to Khao Lak and Phuket. On first impressions the Bangkok Patio was very clean, we had a two bedroom room which again was very clean, the view left a lot to be desired but hey, it’s Bangkok. The pool is small but clean and there are only a few sun loungers so if sun is your thing get there early while the sun is still in the right position and the beds are still available. The location is a bit far from anything really, but the there is a free tuktuk to the local Btm station and Market. If you use the tuktuk to go to the station he’ll drop you off by a small alley which leads to the station, beware though that this entrance will be closed after dark so don’t get the train back expecting to use that same short cut. On the whole it’s a nice enough apartment & a value for money and is not too far from victory monument shops and restaurants (long walk, short taxi).
First, our family of 3 was upgraded to a 2-bedroom which was so nice. The room was very comfortable; and the bathroom amenities were better than many budget hotels. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen but the fridge was nice to have to hold fruit and drinks. The pool was great and it seemed like no one else was using it. The location is fantastic, just 2 minutes to the BTS (they offer a free ride if you don't want to walk). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Bangkok.
It is near to Sanam Pao BTS station (less than 10 mins walk) which is a few stops from the Airport connection, BMK mall, Paragon malls and Platinum. Even Terminal 21 is not that far. Hotel has constant tuk tuk service to the station if you choose not to walk. Great service! We arrived in the evening and it drove us to a nearby restaurant for a great local meal. We called it to pick us up after. What great service! Hotel is service apartment style. Rooms are good size and clean with 2 bathrooms for our suite of 2 rooms. Building comes with free laundry facility, sauna and nice swimming pool. Staff is very pleasant too.
We stayed in this hotel one night, which was our first night in Thailand, so my recollection may be a bit fuzzy from the jetlag... The staff there were very friendly and helpful when they understood what we were asking. The room, which was a 2 bedroom family room, was very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well appointed. The only complaint we had with the place was that they didn't have AC in the lobby, and the location isn't the best. We explored a bit the night we got there, in an attempt to stay awake and adjust to our new time zone, and we found the streets dirty and stinky, and the food choices lacking. I mean, it IS Bangkok, so I understand the city is large and none of it smells all that great, but on our way back home we stayed at a different place in Bangkok and the location was much nicer, so I'm basically comparing this location to that one and this one was not great. Otherwise, the hotel itself and the people who run it are top notch!
Great location, the bus and metro is just outside, the accommodation is very clean spacious and well maintained. The swimming pool , seam sauna are great. They also have Thai massage available and the masseurs are very skilled. However they don’t have a restaurant. Overall the stay was great and highly recommended.
Stopover in Bangkok for a 4 day visit and stayed at the Bangkok Patio. A very decent hotel with a very nice pool, gym, sauna and laundry room. The rooms are clean and spacious with a small kitchenette. The hotel tuk tuk service is very handy. They take you to the BTS and nearby restaurant and neighbourhoods. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The maids come and clean every other day. Complimentary water and instant noodles provided on check-in only and can be purchased for minimal cost. Location is walkable to and from the Sanam Pao BTS station. Taxi /Uber drivers may have a hard time finding this location so be sure to show them the Thai address (hotel provided).
Clean and spacious rooms. Good service by staff. They are very informative and are very patient to pass on the information to customers. Tuk tuk a are available to pick and drop you from metro station. Accessibility to all main spots.
Was there recently with my family for a vacation. The rooms were clean and spacious but I cannot stand the water heater...either too hot or too cold. The A/C was blowing directly on my head all night too. There was pigeon feathers and 💩 in the swimming pool as well.
Apartment was well appointed and clean, but it was the excellent customer service that made this place awesome! Tukk Tukk always available, central to food market and BTS, we arrived 2:30am and was no problem!!! Cannot speak highly enough of our stay!
My big family with 3 infants and a toddler stayed with Bangkok Patio for a total of 3 nights. Upon arrival at around 8-9pm, was greeted warmly by the lady at the front desk and if I'm not mistaken, her name is Tip. Showed us the 4 rooms that we have booked for and even tell us the amenities that they have. Room is clean and tidy. Requested for playpen and received one during my entire stay. However, if you have an active baby who dont like to spend their time in the playpen, you may need to prepare all the babyproof neccessities. Other than that, we used the complimentary tuk tuk service to the BTS and even to the local market/shopping mall. Had no problem calling them back to pick us up from where they dropped us. Highly recommended for families. PS: There's a lot of mosquitoes at night, so dont forget your mosquito repellent!!
