Very clean and nice hotel. The staff Miss Wanida is very helpful, courteous and polite. The location of the hotel is also within reach of good eatery places. 4 star hotel but with 5 star quality. The facilities befits its name and is palatial in nature with exclusive furnishings.
I stayed 2 nights at Bangkok Palace hotel. We got a nice room including all the facilities and we got delicious food for the breakfast. A lot of shopping malls can be seen around the hotel. (10 or 15 minutes walking) But, they have to improve something as a five star hotel. Recommended.
As with most hotels in Thailand, the staff are wonderful and fallmover themselves to be helpful and charming. The personal trainers in the gym and the staff in the bakery were especially lovely. The hotel it self is run down and shabby which is a shame because it’s had the potential to be great and has so much going for it. Our room was grubby and the used chewing gum stuck to the bedside table wasn’t great. They also lock the front door at 9pm meaning you have to schlepp all the way around under the freeway to get in which is hyper annoying.
The bed is comfortable. It is within walking distance to the market. We were greeted by the hotel staffs and recommend the places around hotel. The hotel located in the center of Bangkok. The room is clean and tidy. The sport gym is good and big swimming pool. Great value for the money.
My room on 9 floors. Nice room and good location. The hotel is very close to Indra market, pratunam market and a lot of indian restaurant and etc. - Big Swimming pool - variety breakfast - helpful staff We will come back again.
I have always been amazed at how well the bangkok palace hotel look after their guests. Breakfast -Vegetables on salad bar was not fresh -The milk for cereals was not cold enough -Suggest have food outside of the hotel for breakfast But is was all good they gave us the same room we.
Nice stay and location was spot on. WiFi and swimming pool needed improvement. Staffs were motivated and always be ready to serve with charming face. Travel arrangements was good as well; I had nice trekking experience at Chiangdao Valley.
Me and my group were in this hotel , from 15 Nov. until 19 Nov. It is located in nice area . we were 32 person . The problem that bothered us , was the receptionist language. They couldn't speak English. My group had problem by internet connection , when we ask helping of receptionist as they couldn't understand, so we couldn't take positive energetic. As they didn't understand us , so they were laughing. One old lady in reception was kind and was trying to help us. Our room was always clean . Thank them for cleaning. Mr. Y. Yusa , the manager of duty knows English . Me and my friends room were on the 4th floor. At the midnight there was a lot of voice but no one was controlling them.
WiFi was not working properly. The staff in the reception desk was not cooperative with the guest.food was good . The information desk must be improved . The airport pick up can be arranged to the guests.
I loved the hotel's interior but you need to work on the bathroom drainage system and upgrade the television sets in the rooms to the modern led TVs. For the food and location thumbs up. The swimming pool and the gym was fantastic.
