Great value for money hotel. free wifi provided during your stay. Pool on the 3rd floor complete privacy, beautiful breakfast and Makassan caf area. Staffs are more professional and helpful. market is near within 5 mins walk. Indian food available

This is a decent hotel with standard rooms. Good location with easy access to mrt and airport rail link stations. Staff are not very helpful though. We requested for early check in and they flat out refused. Only after lot of persistence did they give us after a couple of hours. Rooms are standard and clean. Do not use the money exchange counter at the reception. It gives lower rates.

Why the hotel is called palace can be instantly figured out once you step in to the reception. Huge chandelier, big flower pot, marble flooring and wooden furniture make up for an impressive gallery. I noticed that reception staff was not that comfortable with English and may seem to be rude though they don't intend to. I opted for early check in and was given a Twin Bed room instead of a King Bed room but we accepted as we were tired after a long flight. They offer orange juice as Welcome Drink but it can be availed at their Bar only after 6pm. Room was OK, I wish was given some higher floor so the outside view of the road could be much nicer. But the room was clean, had LCD TV (so they are upgraded) and came with a Bathtub. So no complaints. Breakfast had a good spread of veg and non-veg dishes and we enjoyed it. Wasn't that royal but cannot ask for more in this price. Only problem is the transport which was bit difficult to find just outside the hotel. We relied on Grab (Taxi App) to roam around and at times it may take much longer for the drivers to accept the request from this location. But overall a nice stay and I would surely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

Frist impression is the last impression given by front office team. Stayed for 2 night. Hotel is very comfortable.wifi aas not working properly. The room is clean. The swimming pool is big. Thank you for service. Check in check out. Lovely

The hotel is cosy with wonderful vintage lobby and room was spacious and clean well decorated with Thai ornaments and have 2 breakfasts court with great variety of different flavors and different tropical fruits there is also wonderful shops for buying souvenirs and also 3rd rooftop swimming pool is cool

The hotel is located close to a night market and Paragon mall. It is a quaint big but quiet hotel where you can enjoy a part of Bangkok. The stuff are helpful and fast. The rooms tidy and in general very clean. I would definitely choose it next time in Bangkok.

I found Bankok Palace is a Very Good Hotel in MY stay. Me and My wife visited the Hotel and the Reception was Good. I loved the Interior and the swimming pool. The Staff was very helpful and caring. Overall cleanliness is Outstanding and I really Liked the breakfast, But you need to do a change with the breakfast range time to time. Bathrooms are not that Big, yet very clean and nicely Designed. And also we did not get proper wifi throughout our stay. We were Told that wifi is broken but they could not fix it thorough out the 5 days we stayed in the Hotel. Hotel Location is Also Good and I enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel at center of Bangkok. Very good spacious & clean rooms. The food & service is excellent. The staff is very co operative. The best part is vicinity of shopping district when you are with family, it's like walking distance

The hotel is very good location near to the shopping center. Stay at bangkok palace is awesome. Staffs are very friendly and some of the staff are more holpful . Room is clean and breakfast is good. Nice and comfortable.

Pros: Good spacious rooms Clean linen Good service Amazing vintage looking lobby Great location Cons: Never try there Indian food in restaurant specially fried rice and curry stuff. I got a Roti bread which I couldn't break so had to leave it. Most of Indian food is served with loads of uncooked turmeric powder and Indian spices and that happens always. Table lamps in rooms are antique but we're like never cleaned. That raised concerns on cleaniness. Bath tub are old and hardly works. Put your hand and nails in to work to get the water out. Yuck..but yes it's truth. Most of stuff like AC controls and fittings etc are ages old and will remind you of some kings palace rooms. Surprisingly everything works but sometime by manual efforts.
