Just what you would expect from a Marriott hotel. Clean safe comfortable rooms with a friendly helpful staff.
We loved this hotel! After 21 hours of flying it was the perfect spot to relax and recover from jet lag. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and felt like a real 5 star experience. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym facility it looked amazing as well. We did get a chance to use the rooftop bar and the views were amazing! The ambiance was fantastic and we loved ending our night with drinks here. It’s centrally locates and next to a metro system than can transport you very easily around the city. The staff was so friendly and they even decorated our room for my birthday and provided a small cake and candles. It was so beyond thoughtful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend that you do as well.
The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is well maintained but the location is not very convenient.
Everything about our stay was excellent! Perfect base for a stay in Bangkok.
The hotel is well-maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful pool area on the 7th floor and a rooftop bar on the 48th floor with a sweeping view of the city. The rooms themselves are spacious and what you would typically expect from a Marriott. We had a room on the 22nd floor and it was relatively insulated from the street noise below. The location is very close to the BTS Thong Lo station, which makes it convenient for public transportation. However, it is also in Sukhumvit and right off one of the busiest roads in Bangkok. If you are not planning on taking train/rail, you will be stuck in traffic for a very long time trying to get to and from your hotel!
Too smallnroom for deluxe , and food is worst.A lot of hidden fees ,
Rooms weren’t ready upon arrival and then air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, but staff worked to correct these things promptly.
When people are paying this much for a room you have to get a better bed doesn’t matter what country you’re in this Americans can’t sleep on a box spring
This hotel was great because it is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. There is a row of street vendors that are across the street from the hotel everyday. Finding a taxi was never an issue and also the train is just steps away. Not for the faint of heart but you should definitely visit Octave Rooftop Lounge. Just be aware of the tour packages that you get through the concierge. They are not bad, just make sure you completely understand what you are paying for.
