I’m not sure how this place has 5 star reviews. Stay away! We stayed for 1 night. Told them AC was not cooling properly shortly after check in. They sent someone who said to wait on it. We left and came back several hours later to a room still hot, but it was late at night and we decided to go to bed, although uncomfortable. In the early morning around 8am, ice pellets and water rained down from the AC onto our stuff underneath it soaking the whole area and waking us up. We had to turn it off and the room got very hot. They could not fix it all day. I spoke with the receptionist saying we had a very poor experience and this was not a comfortable stay by any means. They refused any partial/full refund and only offered switching rooms, which was inconvenient as it was our last day. Very poor experience and would never come again. This place does not care about your comfort. The room was also very dated and looked out at a junk yard. Again, stay away!

We stayed here for one night at the end of our Thailand holiday flying in and out of Suvarnabhumi airport. We used the hotel shuttle which was well organized and convenient. They sent instructions and pictures on where to find the shuttle so it was easy to locate. The shuttle costs 200 baht for a room so as there were four of us it works out a good price. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi the next day to somewhere we wanted to go and recommended lovely local restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and spacious and it was lovely to have a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and microwave. The restaurant on site does a lovely breakfast and prices are reasonable. Whilst it's a bit outside the city of Bangkok it is well placed and convenient for the airport and would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very basic room. It did the job for a one night to catch a flight to Phuket. It’s cheap but would not stay there again. If you’re on a budget this place is for you. I should have spent the extra funds for a bit more “luxury”. Overall staff was friendly and room was clean.

Room was spotless and had plenty of space. It was like a small apartment. A varied choice of food in the on-site cafe serving food all day at reasonable cost. Good location 15 minutes from the airport and provide a shuttle service at reasonable cost. I would stay there again. All staff were pleasant and helpful.
