it was my first time to stay in flat in bangkok. Actually, it was a very nice stay. they provide us with four starts hotel service. They come every morning to clean the flat and they change the bed sheets every five days which is great. the staff are really friendly. sometimes it's hard to find the place with the taxi. but for me I know the area very well so I can help the driver. it's great value for the money. it' was really hard to say goodbye for the door man he was super kind.

I Stay for 2 nights, room was beautiful, Staff very nice, The lady who standby when check out very nice and professional in information, Housekeeping also very nice, room very clean. Free shuttle car.

I had booked 3 nights in this hotel by agooda for my trip, the hotel location is far from shopping mall and main road but the hotel give us service transfer to the main road free of charge from 6 Am until 6 Pm, the room is clean and staff helpful, especially the old man ( belt boy) help us when we were off from taxi, take care my children and helpful, none thing more, I like this hotel.

Nice newly renovated hotel in the business of Bangkok. Nice reception personnel friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to BTS is also avail every 30 min. If you need a place in central area, is just perfect

Stayed here for 2 nights and in general, everything was seemingly up to par. Room was clean and all furnishings were pretty new. Location wise, it's about 10 mins walk to the main road for BTS should you not choose to ride on their shuttle that runs every half hour. TV network is so broad that English channels are aplenty. However, a wrong press on the remote would make them all vanish and replaced by Thai channels and even unretrievable. There is a few eateries up the road serving Western snacks and Thai food. On the whole, we had a good experience with this hotel and shall return again.

This is an overdue review. But I knew I had to drop it here. We wanted a long vacation in Bangkok (we stayed 10 nights) and Aspira Ruamrudee was my great find albeit the not-as central location I usually choose like Pratunam area. Location- most days we took a Grab or tuk tuk bk to apartment Which was great as per my kids as we didn't need to walk after long day of shopping! Beware that you mention the word Ruamrudee carefully as there's a place near Khao San that sounds like that too. With Grab, it shd be find. Its Taxi hailed on the road that u have to be extra careful when mentioning the name. Spacious apartment for 3 adults 3 children with 2 King Size Beds, a huge living room with 2 couches and a dining table. One TV in each room - total 3 and it felt like there were hundreds of tv channels to choose from:) Pillows and bed were very comfy. Thank god for it was gonna be 10 nights of sleep. Cleanliness - generally clean although the floor always felt dusty. Feedbacked to front desk and it was addressed immediately. Shuttle Tuk Tuk to nearest Ploenchit was on a schedule every 30mins i think. Except on Sundays. However a walk out is manageable in about 10 to 15mins maximum. Laundry- there's a room at the basement that has washers but only 1 dryer. But only opens at 7am and closes at 10pm. As per Tak the lovely Front Office staff, they would be adding additional dryers as some broke down. Many 7-eleven and restaurants around the area. Massage places too. A food stall outside one of the 7 eleven had my favourite prata pancake with bananas. Delish. The people in Aspira namely Nan and Tak and another Front Office staff with long hair, the night security guard uncle and the housekeeper guy and his staff. They were all super friendly and accommodating. The security guard uncle never fails to greet us when the grab car pulls up at the residence. He would always help with our shopping bags too. Lovely uncle. A staff.I think is the main housekeeper of the apartment would always be seated at the main entrance at night and all smiles with guests too. There's a beverage dispensing machine that has nice Thai tea and coffee available for all guests. Nice value add. I hope to be back in aspira the next time I am back in Bangkok. A huge thank you all at Aspira Ruamrudee for the kind Thai Hospitality.

Clean room and big space with very good price and very comfortable, we booked 2 bedroom. Location is just right in town and very near to Wireless road. They have shuttle bus service as well. Save cost and convenient to center of Bangkok!

Stayed 5 nights. Overall service flat was fine. Daily cleaning service. Staff was friendly. 2 comments (not criticisms): 1) my room faced the expressway (highway) so it was a little noisy. You get used to it after 1 or 2 days and (2) 10 - 15 minute walk to BTS. There is a half hourly tuk tuk from hotel to BTS but not from BTS to hotel. No onsite restaurant but eateries about 5 min walk away. Free laundry facilities.

Quiet hotel-apartment style room. had 2 bd rm with ensuite in each room along with air con, t.v, kitchen & cooking, courtesy bus to train station. Out of the way from most places. Helpful staff, awesome

This is a fairly new hotel, in the residential area of Soi Ruam Rudee.  On arrival, you climb a few stairs and enter the hotel. I must say the entry and reception area are a little muddled, and not too well laid out.  That however is the only negative worthy  of a mention. The staff in reception are very friendly and helpful. There is a drinks machine located just outside reception which dispenses free coffee, tea and hot chocolate - a nice touch. The rooms are of a very decent size, and are kept very clean. The same applies to the bathroom. The room is bright and modern. There is a full size fridge, a microwave and a kettle.  The bed and bedding is exceptionally good, and would not be out of place in a hotel costing many times more. There is a choice of firm or soft pillows.  The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the BTS station.  If not using this, it is a 10 minute walk. That is at a fairly brisk pace. Personally, I wouldn't want to be much further from a BTS.  Bearing in mind the cost,  this is a very acceptable option and I feel within this price range, the Aspira has earned 5 Trip Advisor stars.
