There were cockroaches in the bathroom of the hotel room. We requested for change of room, they gave us the room opposite the initial room. As expected, there were also cockroaches in the second room (on the wall beside the bed). We told the staff, one of them suggested to help spray pesticide on the roaches in the room. We asked for another change of room and thankfully this time no roaches were spotted. First time we've seen roaches during our hotel stay , and at a presumably four-star hotel.

It is close to restaurants and shops and quiet area, I didn't like cleaners service, one day they didn't replace toilet paper when there was none left, I had to go and get one from the main area, also another day they took all the towels and didn't replace them so I have to go downstairs to request them. Showers head need replacing it is dripping all the time.

Not as advertised, sadly

The place looked great in the photos and seemed similar to other places we’ve stayed at and enjoyed in other areas of Bangkok. Sadly, it was not nearly as nice as the photos looked. The owner/manager should try staying at some of the competitors to understand what quality hospitality means. “Sad” is the operative word. The staff, the conditions of the room, the guests, the pool, the breakfast, the amenities etc. all had a sad feel. We went over to grab a coffee down the road at another serviced apartment and the vibe was vastly better. No reason Aspen couldn’t match the neighborhood’s vibes.

Very bad I don’t advise anyone to stay here bad property and staff is unhelpful and.at the begging they tried to cheat on me by giving me a poor condition room not matching the original reservation request that made by me. After arguing and fighting with them they gave the room so really bad bad service and I don’t advise anyone to stay at this property
