Amazingly poor hotel, considering how it advertises itself. But the staff are, as Thai people are, incredibly warm and helpful and polite. It took me asking five taxi drivers at Don Muang before would take me to this hotel. Why?
The room was clean but dated. The room furniture was built for Asians not Westerners, small and weak. The food was average but expensive. The advertised booked price from Expedia was not correct as when I reached reception they demanded more money. The bathroom needs repair and the shower bath adjuster did not work. The staff were pleasant. We were kept up half the night by party going Chinese, just outside our room door. Most of the guests at this hotel were Chinese. The air conditioner was noisy and the room had a dank smell. We will not be staying there again.
I booked here as it was close to where my daughter lived and it's a useful hotel as a stopover for the airport, however I was here for 3 nights and on reflection I wouldn't book here again . I didn't eat breakfast as I thought 300 baht was overpriced , considering I had stayed in another 5 hotels in Thailand and paid only half that price in the majority of them . The room was large enough however there was damp on the wallpaper which was off putting. The pool was nice enough and always empty but enclosed with rooms around it so always seemed a bit gloomy . Staff were friendly enough . It's ok to get your head down as close to airport but I would choose another hotel for a longer stay .
This hotel has cockroaches!!!! Be aware! I don't think it can be helped as it is located so close to/above an outdoor food market. If you stay here, just be aware you may go home with cockroaches. We informed the front office people, but they didn't seem to care much.
Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The room was good but the bathroom looks outdated. I had a problem with the hot water in my bathroom and had to call the receptionist for the repairman to fix it. The hallway on our floor had no air conditioning hence it was warm everytime we got out of our room and going to our room. Breakfast was good.Hotel was sitting on top of an IT Mall which had everything and there was a lot of restaurant on the basement including a food court.
The hotel is very clean but a bit old already. The nice concierge at the reception was very kind and super helpful. All over all it's a nice Hotel. The breakfast was super... many choices of Asian and western food. They even over a nice Brazilian BBQ every evening. The room size is ok but as I said earlier it's not a new hotel anymore.
This hotel was the host of a conference I attended. The best thing I can say about it is that it was a good value for the money. It was very inexpensive and the sheets were clean and crisp everyday. Other than that I was not impressed. The main hallway on my floor had a terrible odor that hung strongly in the air for my entire visit. The carpet was old worn out and too disgusting to walk on, at least they provided slippers. The room was extremely dated and the furniture was worn and minimal. It did look like they may have been working on some repairs to other rooms, but mine was not good. The food was just barely acceptable. I couldn't wait to leave.
Close to DMK an ideal passing through - hotel. Sitting on the top of a mall, with a Food Court in the basement! Very handy! Found very good and cheap Thai food. You can take that extra beer as your room is in the same building! The room was big as everything else in this hotel! A lot of friendly people, but very few guests at our stay. Probably a hotel for exhibitions and convenyions. The room was cheap, but everything else, as wifi, breakfast and printig paper (!) you had to pay for. But still a very affodrable stay. Only minus was the very noicy aircon.
Valued for money convenient location if guests stay close to Dong Muong Airport. There are 3 local shopping malls One Stop Shopping. Hotels and Serviced Apartment on same building. Rooms are very spacious including serviced Apartment.
Stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is located right above the Zeer Rangsit IT mall, which is just one of the 3 malls (side-by-side) within The Hub. There's even a small street-market right in front of the IT Mall. The reception staff are generally friendly and attentive. The overall condition of the hotel and the rooms are pretty old and desperately require upgrading. The swimming pool remained closed throughout my stay (which is a bummer). The breakfast buffet was average at most, with not much changes in variety daily. Room rate was pretty decent, though (1,400baht per night for twin sharing room). Things I like: - Location (although abit far from Bangkok city area) - Price - Friendly staff Things to improve: - Cleanliness - Breakfast buffet spread - Non-usable swimming pool - No free WIFI
- Free in-room WiFi
- Free parking
- Onsite dining
- Outdoor pool
