I’m writing this review because I just fell in love with this place. Beautiful place in the middle of the city everything is nearby. Coming to the part i wanted to mention specifically is that the staff is very caring especially the girl on the 7th floor loung Kasara, i think her name was Rose. I had come there for a meeting she helped me find the people i had to meet with also, she advised me good places to visit in bangkok with that beautiful big smile on her face. All in all the stay was amazing the rooms were beautiful.

From the moment you land at the airport to the moment your head hits the pillow. Anantara Siam is all about service. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and every need is met! Thank you Tav for the smooth in room checkin! To May at the Concierge station for assisting all our needs. Thanks again and hopefully see you soon!
This would have to rate as about the best place we have ever stayed at. The hotel it’s self is fabulous, the food and drink are well affordable and the staff can’t do enough for you. Like all Thai people they were there to answer every question asked of them and if they couldn’t answer it immediately they made a point of finding out the answer. Any of the concierge would arrange anything for us and dealt with every detail to ensure that the stay went ahead with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel when in Bangkok.
I visited Anatara Siam Bangkok Hotel, and in my opinion, it is one of the elite hotels in Thailand if not the best. My family and I had a fabulous time there, and we enjoyed the spacious hotel and its KTV lounge. The hotel nowadays are renamed the Anatara Siam Bangkok hotel, and when I visited it was still Four Seasons. I haven't been back in a while, but when I visit Bangkok, I will no doubt stay here. Namo Amidabha Buddha.
I stay in this hotel for four nights during Easter holiday . The staffs are very helpful and polite . Rooms are clean and comfy. I went to the gym and the pool , both are nice and clean. The only thing is I did a foot massage and I had a drinks and some snack in the hotel also room service breakfast , were a lil bit pricy. But I prefer the room service breakfast instead of the buffet breakfast in the hotel , good food huge portion less busy.
The hotel accommodation and service were exactly as required, whilst traveling on business with a very tight schedule. The team from arrival to departure were amazingly helpful and courteous. Knowledgeable of the services offered and the products available in the hotel. Room was impressively stocked with amenities so anything that was needed was more than provided for and very clean throughout. Food and beverage team very good, in both the explanations and the delivery of items, whether it was in lobby lounge, Aqua bar, Mocha and Muffins or Madison restaurants. All spot on. Not forgetting the front door team, very accommodating whilst extremely busy, I had an appointment which didn’t leave time for a taxi so requested a scooter, without hesitation the guys ran up the road to collect one for me...even pro actively looked for my driver on the other days when I was not in such a rush, while I was checking emails in the lobby the front door team were able to advise me my car had arrived. The overall experience was five star and I will return again.
Our stay here at anantara was beautiful. The staff at the front desks were wonderful in assisting us with anything we needed - bus transfers, printing services, extra towels, etc. The room was spectacularly kept with cold water delivered daily and a neat turn down. The pool and outdoor area was amazing, with fresh towels, water and a face wash delivered to your sun bed on entry! The cocktails in the exec lounge were amazing. The location made major shopping centres an easy walk, with plenty of restaurants and sights to see nearby. All around a wonderful stay to celebrate a birthday, which made us feel like royalty during our stay! What wonderful staff and a stunning resort!
I would like to thanks Anantara for treating me so special. I received red roses and a cake for my birthday. The hotel staff are so friendly especially the concierge- they really helped me a lot with arranging transportation. And they have always give me their advice regarding the route. I have never stuck in Bangkok traffic. Every year I visit Bangkok and I have really enjoyed my accommodation.
Very nice spacious rooms. Comfortable with most amenities. The bathroom is also quite big with tub as well. The hotel is a bit old but still very nice with lots of greenery inside. The food is great with good choice. The service was excellent and more than anything the location is great. Very close to Siam Paragon and other shopping malls. Very close to the train station. All these are walking distance. They have a very good gym and pool inside. The service here was also very good and the staff are quite pleasant. All in all a good place for a business traveler and also for family.
