Hotel was located in walking distant of everything .. nice staff / friendly / always smiling. Room was a wee bit small, with a large bathroom..although room was small we slept comfortably had a great stay overall - glad we stayed / picked this hotel

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean and updated room. Everything worked. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rood had umbrellas, robes, tissues, toiletries including creams and lotions, hair drier and magnifier mirror, coffee and a refrigerator. The safe was big enough for a good size laptop. There is a pool and well equipped gym at the top of the building. Quiet in the room.

Great hotel right in the heart of downtown Bangkok. Amenities were plentiful, with large bathroom, rooftop pool and gym. Breakfast buffet included a mix of local Thai and western dishes (eggs made to order). Located midway between two stops on the subway, which makes travel around the city easy. Up a side street which cuts down on outside noise.

Stay in this hotel when visit bkk. Decent hotel, breakfast so,so. Good wifi, clean room.

I've stayed in quite a few places in Bangkok and usually they are either (a) nice, clean, comfortable and worth extra money, or (b) cheap and pretty bad. This one however was one of a kind. I got a great rate and was pleasantly surprised by the size, design and furnishing of the room. At first glance it looked quite stylish. On a closer look, however, the age of the room was apparent. I would have been fine with scuff marks and such but the black mold stains on the 'spa' tub were a bit too much for me. It wasn't bad enough to make me leave but it took me a night to get over it. Most of the lights could only be controlled from the corded remote on the bedside table, including the entrance light which I found quite inconvenient. I have seen these remotes before and they are quite handy but usually there is also a plain old switch somewhere. TV receptions was really bad. The room had a DVD player and video/HDMI plugs but like many, I travel with a phone and a tablet so I couldn't use either. This setup must have been awesome 5-10 years ago. I ended up giving middle-range scores but frankly this place does not fit the usual parameter. To me, it's a bit like an aging top model. Still attractive but not really competitive. I guess there lies the reason for the big discount. Personally, it would not be my first choice for budget lodging as there are other options in the same area. However, it really come down to personal preference. If you rather have a larger older room with a bathtub than a smaller modern room with a shower, then this hotel might be a great choice. Non-smoking travelers should consider that this hotel has some smoking rooms. I did get my non-smoking room but in high season one might not always get what one wants.

Clean, well attended hotel in Sukhumvit rd area close to Asok station and to most night life spots, yet very quiet and safe. Wi-fi Internet was my only complain for the whole trip, as the signal in the room was weak to non existant. Recommended

All the staff, I encounter during my stay was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as I touch and go. Rooms needs some touch up on defects but all things will good and in working condition. Kudos to the team there! Will be back.

Great location! Next to sky train, staff speaks English and are friendly! Didn't like the fact that restaurant is in the basement, but didn't eat there so I don't know how food was.

Located a few teps up Soi 33, the location is decent (15 minute walk to Asok and Soi Cowboy, 10 minute walk to Phrom Phong station. There are good restaurants all along Sukhumvit as well. The hotel is simple - plain square room with a reasonable bed, small fridge, nice flat screen TV but limited English channels, good towels and linens. The pool on the roof is pleasant but small and there are already signs of wear (rusty metal on the side brackets). The free breakfast was good with an assortment of Western and Thai fare. We paid about $50 a night and thought we could have done better for this money in Bangkok. I would say this is a $30 BKK hotel.

The hotel although hard to find was worth wheeling our luggage through the street for. We arrived at 1:00 am after a 32 hour journey from Canada and were greeted by warm smiles and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was compact, clean and well designed, providing us with everything we needed for our stay in Bangkok. The rooftop pool was a beautiful, peaceful oasis in a busy urban area, which was a welcome surprise after a day cycling in 36 degree heat. The plentiful breakfast buffet was served in a clean, bright modern decor restarant.. again a aupeise because it was in the basement. The service was fast, super friendly and the food, was good,
