Found a bug in the bathroom. Infested with foreign men picking up street women. Gross. Hotel staff don't enforce own hotel policy of not allowing outside guests in the room. Seriously offended me by asking me for my ID when I was returning late to the hotel.

Easy to find, large hotel, right off the busy Sukhumvit road. Check-in and out was easy.

The hotel is big have many cafes, room is large, television is zero, towels are very old, breakfast is average. Stuff is inefficient, very bad in English. Swimming pool is not heated

Everything is basic - good choice if you have to spend a night before boarding an early flight. Bed was somewhat hard.

Hotel is close to nana Plaza, walking distance to restaurants massage parlors.the breakfast buffet caters international food.only thing is due to location and night life activities it's not recommended for family's with children. Many night vendors selling from street food to clothing near the hotel in sukhimvit road.

Great hotel with many extras. Restaurants for every dining experience. Spa, health facility, and much more.

I was welcomed with kindness. The room was nice and the staff was friendly and prof essional. They took care of all my concerns and made my stay very confortable.

we stay in the new wing. still got fresh paint smell. Location is our pick.Club is in hotel basement carpark. do not use the hotel car services and taxi.

Bugs and stained sheets. No wonder the special offer was so attractive.

This is a huge hotel. The tower wing room I got was big with a great view. The Internet was absolutely poor.

The room was very spacious and clean. It also was on a very high floor (18th) so if you are afraid of heights then request a lower floor room. The reception staff and the maintenance crew spoke English and were very courteous and helpful. The huge lobby was grandly decorated and the hotel restaurant was very well run, offering a great, abundant breakfast of many different kinds of food (vegetarian, kosher/hilal, American, and European) every morning I was there. The only knock maybe that the furniture in the room was getting old and the TV channel offerings were limited, but since I was not in the room too often, this did not bother me. The location was good and the amenities (swimming pool, night club, shops, etc.) were excellent. One does get their money's worth at this great hotel.

the first impression of this hotel was the smelly lobby. The second impression was that the wifi sucks. When up in room, the room smelled also but not as bad. The wifi in the room was nonexistent. if it wasn't for the great location this place would totally bite.

It is an expansive hotel that is showing a bit of wear and tear on the fixtures and fittings but we had a great room for a bargain price and the location can't be beaten

A decent hotel in the heart of the nightlife district with a nice pool within minutes walk of the Nana station on the Bangkok skytrain system. Room a little dated but spacious and clean with an excellent ensuite bathroom. Staff less than conversant in English but very friendly and helpful nonetheless.

Hotel is in a great location. Room not spectacular but clean and comfortable. Would stay again next time I'm in bangkok for easy access to metro and nearby Siam Paragon

Great clean place, very friendly, close to tram directly from the airport, close to soi cowboy. very comfortable clean rooms no problems maybe a little with cabs on the street. They all get kick back & want to take you to many of there places, hard sell.

perfect location for nightlife. after hours club in garage of hotel. easy access to train. crazy nice hotel considering the area...

Good hotel, rooms are better on the tower side. Nana area of Bangkok. Close to the clubs and bars.

Fantastic four star deal right in middle of Bangkok night life with many bars and restaurants

Value price.Close to BTS station. Busy street location just like other Sukhumvit area but not good for the family. Staff service is just okay.
