We booked a queen bed non smoking room, upon entry into room we were welcomed by the smell of cigarettes. Then we got placed into a two bed room and were told house keeping were going to come to combine the beds, which never happened.

I didn’t like anything and I am sure next time I won’t book through you guys . Am sure you won’t publish it yet I would never go to the same hotel again

This hotel is very nice its great for meetings etc It has a good exercise room sauna steam an dry The pool is good though it really is not for family But its ok

This is and older hotel that is in ok condition. The rooms smell a little but are still nice. This is also the number one hotel for Indian tourists so I felt like I was in India when staying at this hotel. At breakfast there were about 150 people and me and a friend were the only white people in site. Work out room in big but a little outdated equipment. They did have treadmills and bikes that were nice.

This hotel is dated and not in good condition. Lobby was nice and the pool area was decent, but our standard room was very disappointing. Room was old, smelled, super firm bed (box spring), furniture was old and I've seen better shower in hostels. This is a 1-2 star property at best. Will never stay here again. This is our group's first time staying here as I thought the Ambassador brand was good, but I was extremely disappointed. So many other options in Bangkok and I made a wrong choice.

Nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is ok, location is close to BTS and a lot of night clubs in the area if that is your thing. Hotel staff is friendly except for the front desk. Very busy I guess because they were a little rude. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

Nice place big property the gym is dated some not all of the hallways smell from the water damage/ a musty smell... great location! for a short stay perfect.

Nice hotel. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave fresh new towels. Had to request for new toilet paper rolls; sometimes even in the middle of the night because there was never an extra roll left.

I made a booking mistake by one week. Even though the policy posted on Orbitz was non refundable the staff worked with orbitz to fix it. Although it did take some time. The breakfast is very good and included western and Indian style selections. The rooms air conditioning worked well even on very hot days. The hotel is a very good value and close to the BTS train which is also a very good way to avoid traffic. I've stayed there many times even though I don't work close by. I just hop on the BTS to No Chit station to work on the North end for only 44 baht. I'll be staying there again on any future trips

Many improvements in the last year. Internet, gym, pool and room renovations just to name a fee

I like it because it's close to everything. The food is a little pricy though. Just go outside and everything is there.

Booked on Orbitz an hour ahead but they had no clue and took extra time to receive me and held credit card just in case. All fine on checkout and allowed 1pm checkout without extra charge. Room was nice but not double bed as requested. Main lobby and hallways had bad smell. But room was fine.

This hotel is located in the middle of a busy nightlife zone, after 8pm it crawls with asian indians searching for girls of the night. Not a good place to bring children, the hotel itself is large, two towers exist. one standard wing ( rooms use a physical lock and key) not keycard and a deluxe wing that uses keycard entry. the rooms the fixtures are dated, example shower head will spray water in all directions. and carpet stained and lamitate seperating from fibreboard furniture.

Found a bug in the bathroom. Infested with foreign men picking up street women. Gross. Hotel staff don't enforce own hotel policy of not allowing outside guests in the room. Seriously offended me by asking me for my ID when I was returning late to the hotel.

Easy to find, large hotel, right off the busy Sukhumvit road. Check-in and out was easy.

The hotel is big have many cafes, room is large, television is zero,towels are very old,breakfast is average. Stuff is inefficient, very bad in English. Swimming pool is not heated
