We stayed here at then beginning and end of our trip because it was so great. Easy check-in, free upgrade (to the top floor!), nice pool, great location, comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend!

If I was to go back to Bangkok, I would stay at this hotel again but I would also look at other hotels to compare/contrast. Pros: Nice staff, many spoke good English, in the center of town, near public transportation and highway, close to the DMK airport, clean room, good view, reasonably priced, and very nice spacious lobby. Cons: Our room did not have an alarm clock. We really didn't need it but it's the first hotel room that I have been in that didn't have one so that was kind of weird. We told the desk clerk that checked us in that we were there for our honeymoon and he told us that he would have "something special" sent to our room the following day but nothing had arrived. I ordered a hamburger at the Cascade hotel restaurant and they specifically asked how I wanted it cooked and I answered "medium". It came out well done with a non melted piece of cheese on it. I didn't send it back as it would just be a waste of food but it was dry and flavorless. The closet light would not turn off. We called maintenance and they said they would send someone up to look at it but no one arrived. The pillows were not firm at all. I didn't get the impression that they were old, but they just chose to go with very flimsy and soft pillows.

Centralized location between shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to transportation and lousy in traffic. Happy with the hotel and had a good time

This hotel is at a very good location. Right across from the mall. If I had the chance to stay here again, I would.

Nice room, central, helpful staff. Close to center of Bangkok.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and polite. Room service was priced incredibly high compared to going out and buying your own food, or bottled water. We had to utilize this a few times because it was hard going out later at night with a small child. Cleaning Staff seemed a bit lazy at times but over all a great experience and amazing location. Close to BTS, shopping, food, etc.

Only stayed for a day. But I enjoyed the one night we were there

The hotel itself is very nice. Location is pretty good as well given it's in the middle of Bangkok... near all the major places a traveler intend to go. Rooms were pretty modern and facilities are top notch. One down side was we checked in as a couple... and walked into the room having two twin beds... not sure how the front desk was thinking about this.... Overall the price for a high end hotel was very reasonable given the stay

It's a nice clean hotel, ideal location for dining and shopping. Easy to get taxi in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Second time we've stayed here, and both times have been fantastic. The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the hotel is clean and efficient. Opt for the breakfast buffet, which has a great selection and saves you on having to fetch breakfast for yourself. Location is OK near the Pratunam market area, but it is a far walk to the Skytrain. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Super comfy bed, awesome shower. This hotel has a great location, near shopping and metro station. The taxi driver knew it and so there was no trouble getting here from the airport (about 200 BHT from the Air Asia airport). Sadly, breakfast wasn't included in our booking so we didn't get to try it (they wanted 1,000BHT per person per day!! Yikes.). But there are three(!) McDonalds, 2(!) Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts within a few hundred meters of the hotel, if that sounds good to you. Otherwise, you can get up early and catch some of the hawkers. The lobby is a lovely place to relax, concierge was super friendly. As a mom with a baby stroller, I thought there were too many stairs and not enough ramps around the public areas. We loved the fruit placed in our room by the cleaner -- great afternoon snack.

We had an upgrade to an Executive Suite from our original room upon arrival, with breakfast included! Even met the GM, who was of great help!

great service and nice rooms.

Perfect hotel for a couple of days trip to experience BaNGKOK

The hotel was very clean and top notch in everything, I will go back and stay there again and not be disappointed. The food price maybe a little high but they have very good food. Also a great place for the whole family.
