We stayed 2 nights here with familly,we can say superb, front office staff very helpfull, the food was very delisious in breakfast, many varirtys, service staff very helpfull, total stay was excellent, room decoration was nice, fully recommend this hotel
Very good if your using the Bangkok Hospital ....We stayed here for 8 days and we picked this hotel as it was close to the Bangkok Hospital, but in my recovery period its hard to get about Bangkok, Breakfast was good and great choice. The staff are very good here. Its not what I would call a Tourist hotel. No public transport close to hand to get about the City which is the best way to travel in Bangkok. We used a 1 bed room 215 it was in need of what I would call a deep clean and some minor repair works but it was quite and accessible..Staff i found extremely good, but all in all if it was not for the Hospital I would have stayed never to transport to get about... I witnessed many people saying there also using the hospital who had traveled from the Middle East. I would say Transport is a big issue to get about if you have not been to Bangkok Taxis pick and chose their rides. From the hotel to get to Terminal 21 or Emporium which is close to the dinosaur park is about 50 to 70 Baht and a 20 to 30 min ride in terrible traffic. The hotel supplies no shuttle bus to the nearest MTR so Taxi is the way or a ride in the famous TUCK TUCK of Bangkok who all think they are formula one drivers and try to charge tourists 3 time what a Taxi costs
We stayed at this hotel when my daughter got sick and stayed at the hospital. The hotel is nice with veryyy big rooms. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. They have a nice pool on the top that other kids enjoyed. The hotel is little far from city so you have to take taxi of you want to go somewere. In front of hotel you have pharmacy and restaurants, and 50 m you have a very small mall/gallery with restaurants and mc donalds. Recommed this hotel if you enjoy to live a bit outside the city but have a nice hotel to stay at.
We had a good time staying in this property. Location wise it is a bit inside and away from the hustle bustle areas. The one bedroom suite is quiet spacious for a family or couples as there is enough space to move around and comes with a kitchenette. The property has a spa, nail bar, hair salon, roof top pool, gym and restaurant. We had a smooth check in and check out. The staff is quite responsive and helpful and speak fair English. Breakfast buffet is a good spread and is open everyday from 6 am to 10 am. This hotel is near to Bangkok Hospital and the overall location is quiet. There are few shops to eat / coffee and have massage in and around. Not to far from the airport but can be a bit far from other sight seeing location so maybe good idea to avoid traffic times. Overall good experience and would like to stay here on next visit.
Overall experience is great. Nice room with nice service and lovely and helpful Staffs. I will definitely come back for next time. One thing that needs to improve is breakfast menu . You need to add some Chinese or Thai style noodles and Myanmar Traditional breakfast ( Mont hin ga) fish noodle.
All staff members were very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay at the Amari. Unexpectedly I was given a room upgrade, which was absolutely superb. I will definitely stay at the Amari again on my next visit to Bangkok.
My time at Amari was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very, very clean! My bed was super comfortable. They even have a Pillow Menu to help you choose the right pillow! I would highly recommend this hotel!
I Stayed 4 days. Nice hotel. In a high traffic area of Bangkok. Taxi drivers don't like driving to the area. I would not give it 5 stars. Staff are nice but when it comes to understanding English its hard making request or asking for help no one understands you but hey it was Thailand.
Hotel's facilities are excellent if compare to other 3-stars hotel. Enjoy with bathroom, bedroom, dining room & kitchen. But, I feel that Hotel location is rarely far from city center. Still difficult for me to reach it. I propose that hotel will provide city map which shown the interesting place in Bangkok city on each room.
