We looooved our stay at ASAI! I'm currently writing this review from my hotel in Chiang Mai wishing it was as nice as ASAI lol. First, the service was really great. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they allowed us to check in early, a huge plus after a long 18 hours of travel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of China Town with sooo many delicious places to eat, plus the hotel being connected to the little mall was insanely convenient! Anytime we wanted something to drink or eat we could just go down and go into the mall. The mall also has a great massage place (Just Relax) and a salon that gave an amazing wash and blowdry! There's a metro station right down the street, and our grabs were really cheap to the main tourist attractions. The room: Super comfortable bed, sheets, daily cleaning, bathroom was perfect, always had hot water, AC was great. We didn't have the breakfast included so we can't speak on that but the coffee place in the lobby was good. The hotel itself is really beautiful inside and the courtyard was a wonderful place to just relax and sit in. Literally the only "con" I can think of is that there aren't any drawers for you to put away your clothes but there were hangers and i'm sure you could ask for more and they'd provide them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and if we come back to Bangkok we will 100% be staying here again!!

New hotel, very conveniently located right at the Chinatown. It’s a bit confusing to order a Grab from the airport at the beginning as it’s actually located in I’m Chinatown shopping mall. 12 minutes walk to Bangkok train station. Comfortable bed too.

The location of the hotel is great, very walkable and convenient and safe. The room was spacious and clean. I did get stuck in the stairwell because I wanted to use the stairs to go down one floor. And all the doors to each floor was locked. I would recommend the hotel to put a sign to say to not use the stairs and that each floor is not accessible..

Clean and nice room, great location only steps from the Wat Mangkorn MRT station , breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful and conscientious RE: the environmental for which I really appreciate this practice. Us too, we are careful about resources and what we consume. However, on that day our friend just happened to step into a small puddle in Chinatown so her shoes were felty and wet. She asked for the hotel slipper that presented to us what the hotel offered upon asking. When we asked, that staff stared at her and said "you can come and ask later". But why? She needed them so that was why she asked. Instead of wearing the wet shoes in the room and making the room wet and felty. I wondered he was stingy about it and did not give those hotel slippers? We had a reason to need them. I sensed that he did not want to provide them "per request" and did not want to argue with him to spoil our vacation. We went downstairs and purchased our own. But of course this didn't leave us a good impression about the experience encountering with this staff.

Great location in the heart of Chinatown, loads of street food options nearby, cabs and tut tuts right outside. Mini Shopping mall and 7 eleven store downstairs, has everything you need. Breakfast area is very clean and has lots of options. Fried rice, noodles and boa buns also fresh fruit, bread and eggs. Very clean, friendly staff. Room was spotless with a great shower.

It would be greatly appreciated if the twin single bed could be a super single size, as this would more comfortably accommodate individuals of larger stature, leading to a more restful sleep.

Great hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The staff is very nice and it was very quiet despite its busy location. Love that it is connected to a mall that has everything you could need as a traveler including nail salons, massage, and a 24hr 7/11.

Etwas spartanisch in der Austattung aber darüber kann man locker hinwegsehen. Gut gelegen, sehr gutes spätes Frühstück bis 10:30, super Housekeeping! Die Dusche hat übrigens eine Tür, somit keine Überschwemmungsgefahr im Badezimmer. Für ein paar Tage absolut buchbar.

Having never been to Thailand, I have little basis for comparison. That said, the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and elegant, the property stylish and relaxing and the location fantastic. Smack dab in the interesting and central neighborhood of Chinatown and adjacent to the Metro. Great value for the money spent and would recommend.
