We stayed in the premium floor with lounge access. The room is small and dirty. The shower handle is loose and can’t be adjusted. The aircon is too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. The worst thing is the water is dirty and brown.

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door.

My heart belongs to this hotel… The whole team and staff treated us as if we were from a royal family. They even remembered our name. Fantastic breakfast, exquisite hotel, spacious room… nothing to complain but only tiptop The concierge team arranged a perfect trip to the tourist attractions. One of the best trips in our life! We appreciated everything but the most was the heartwarming hospitality of the hotel!

Best service

It was a nice experience, have a little problem with our room on the first night, but it was solved immediately. The hotel’s staffs are very friendly, they always give warm greetings and very helpful.

Not a 4.5 star hotel - not even a 2.5 star

The carpet was so dirty; a 2-star hotel would have better carpet. The towels are old and worn out. Overall it was not a 4.5-star hotel. This is not a property that should have the Crowne Plaza name!
