Very nice location and enjoyed the full trip. Had wonderfull full time and atmosphere at hotel is also very nice • staff are very supportive and experienced to know the location. Advice on local bus timings are very helpful ..

The hotel is well located and provides accommodation in nice, spacious and clean rooms. The service is kind and polite and the breakfast buffet doesn't leave much more to wish for. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

An exclusive and very expensive hotel located in the city center, with osom view on port channel. This is business hotel definitely too expensive for family travel, there is many small and chiper pleaces to stay, also in good location.

We had a short vacation, just us two, 4 days to get away from the Swedish winter. Just to be met with blizzard in Lubeck. However it did not matter. Hotel is nice, Just what you can expect. They have an indoor pool, we were the only visitors there. Breakfast can be seen expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Quiet environment, huge selection, short order cook, newspapers and a lot of extra choises you never thought of. However, the surprise was the bartender. A real old-fashioned who does cocktails from basic ingredients, takes the time and present them fashionable. At a reasonable price too. Very pleasant. WE LOVED IT We will be back here even if we should happen to stay at a different Hotel next time.

The hotel is well located and usually parking is fairly easy. The rooms are OK, it quite basic and often you cannot get a queen size bed but end up with twin beds. The WiFi is not very good. The staff is friendly but pretty useless...

Great Hotel right next to river and parts of the old town. Room and hotel excellent. My only disappointment was the food. I arrived mid afternoon and went for a sandwich. Coffee and a sandwich was best part of €25. Area deserted of guests. Walked 10 mins into town centre. Bought sandwich and drink for €5. Evening meal choice very limited for such a large hotel. And expensive. I had a main course and a vodka tonic. Approx €45 - and it wasn’t amazing. Breakfast was good. Also charged $18 to park underneath the Hotel.

First impression, comfort lobby and friendly staffs. Clean hotel and room also they have various breakfast. But they don't have soundproof room so you can even hear people walking outside your room. They are located at very good place, very close to city center and attractions - sightseeing. Overall this is a comfort hotel. I love it!

Ahead of arriving, I emailed and had an immediate response. I was given a room which I requested. Upon arriving, a very professional and warm woman checked us in. The hotel is a short walk from the central train station which was convenient for us. The room was facing the old town. Nice big windows to take in the view over the river. The room itself is very spacious. This hotel is quite large (for area) and a sort of conference center. We were in and out so just basically enjoy the location, view and space the room allowed. You can walk to everything in old town just over the bridge. The bed was nice and firm. There were extra pillows. There is a mini bar and safe. They held our luggage on the morning we left until we returned to go back to the train. Nice experience.

A lovely hotel. Great location - 5 to 10 mins walk from the old town centre, comfortable, great shower, good views, quiet, good breakfast. Negatives (although these were minor) poor pillows, rooms too hot until we adjusted the thermostat, not much storage space. Overall, an excellent hotel with great and very friendly staff and almost anything you can think of for breakfast. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for two nights to visit the Christmas markets. Arriving by train from Copenhagen was very easy, as it only took about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel, and from the hotel it took another 10 minutes to walk to the old city. Everything in the hotel was fine: the room, the breakfast and the service. One evening there was a Christmas buffet with a lot of german dishes, which we really enjoyed. The evening before leaving we received an email offering us to keep the room after check-out time (noon)-if possible. We then kept the room until 15:00; very good service.
