The hotel, location, staff, facilities and services were all first class for our two night stay, as should be expected at a five star. Our room in the Auld Hoose, was exceptional, with complimentary mini bar and snacks, full satellite TV, roll top bath and beautiful furnishings. Dined at the Tavern and the Cameron Grill, which were both excellent. Live acoustic entertainment both nights in the Tavern and The Great Scots Bar, which provided a great atmosphere in the evenings. Room service for breakfast was a great relaxing way to end our weekend so we didn’t feel rushed out the door. We didn’t use the in house pool or cinema but they are great options.

The room was absolutely great! We got an upgrade which was such a wonderful surprise. Food wise not so many options for vegetarians. The margarita pizza we had was terrible. Staff was decent. Amenities were okay, kids can use the pool at any time. There are no kids free hours which was a bit of a letdown as it was very busy.
