Please do not place muddy items on beds, sofas, chairs or soft furnishings.
Bedding, pillows, throws, cushions and indoor soft furnishings must not be taken outside.
Where additional cleaning is required due to mud, grass, outdoor use or misuse of indoor furnishings, a reasonable additional cleaning or replacement charge may be applied.
Linen, Towels and Staining
Guests are asked to take care when using fake tan, make-up, body oils, hair dye, sun cream, food, drink or any other products that may stain bedding, towels, soft furnishings, carpets or mattresses.
Where items are left heavily stained, damaged, or unable to be cleaned through our normal laundry process, Aganmore Farm Glamping reserves the right to charge the guest for the reasonable cost of additional cleaning, specialist laundry or replacement of the affected item.
For clarity, this may include, but is not limited to, staining caused by fake tan, make-up, oils, hair dye, mud, food, drink, hot tub use or taking indoor linen or towels outside.
Used towels should be left in the bathroom before departure for our staff to collect.

Instructions for the hot tub will be available in the cabin when you arrive. Please read and follow these carefully.
For your safety and to help us maintain the hot tub for future guests:
Please shower before using the hot tub, especially if wearing fake tan, make-up, sun cream, body oils or lotions.
Please do not use the hot tub immediately after applying fake tan, as this can affect the water quality and may stain the tub, filters, towels or surrounding surfaces.
Please only use plastic glasses around the hot tub.
Glass bottles, glasses or breakable items must not be used in or around the hot tub area.
Please do not eat food in the hot tub.
Please do not add bubble bath, soaps, oils, bath products, alcohol or any other substances to the hot tub water.
Please replace the hot tub lid securely after use to help retain heat and protect the water.
Please open and close the hot tub lid carefully.
The hot tub should not be used if alcohol has been consumed to excess.
If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, draining, refilling, chemical treatment, filter replacement or repair due to misuse, contamination, fake tan, glass, food, drink or other substances, Aganmore Farm Glamping reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost of restoring the hot tub to its proper condition.
If glass is broken in or near the hot tub, the hot tub may need to be fully drained, cleaned and checked before it can safely be used again. In this situation, the reasonable cost of cleaning, refilling, loss of use or replacement parts may be charged.

Please do not take the cabin keys off site. Keys should be returned to the lock box when leaving the cabin.
Lost keys are charged at £35 to replace.
If keys are not returned and this causes additional security concerns, Aganmore Farm Glamping reserves the right to charge for any reasonable additional costs incurred.
