I had to clean the cup before i used it because it was dirty, there was grime in the bottom of the hot water kettle and I had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces because they were grimy. The water smelled terrible/ Sulfer? I did not try to drink it but thank god i showed up with my own water. I bought ice the next day. The property smelled unpleasant, i opened the only two windows and used the window unit to circulate air. The bathroom was very clean. Towels were nice. no wash cloths thou. The bed was comfortable, the bedside lamp was broke. It was fine, but compared to all the other rentals I have been in in the last 5 years in that area they fall below the area for the price. There was no outside seating as advertised. Big gaps in the floorboards. quiet neighborhood. safe.
