The surrounding area was extremely spurious. We had issues overnight and when this was highlighted to the receptionist, they were very unhelpful. The only follow up question from the receptionist was, "did we have anything from the mini bar?" Nothing in reference to our concern.

The location was fabulous ,the staff great and the heated pool and spa was awesome ,a bonus mini bar always handy too good sized rooms with really comfortable pillows unlike a lot of places we’ve stayed that have feather pillows which I find inadequate ,can’t wait to stay again

Stayed at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort while in town for a wedding. Rooms were spacious & clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again but would recommend you have your own transport as you are a bit out of the centre of town. Staff were very friendly & helpful especially Trudy on the front desk.
