Stayed here for 2 nights with friends, just because we had some works to do near Discovery Shopping mall area. This hotel located inside an alley, kinda difficult to find the signage though. Make sure you check the Circle K on the left and the hotel entrance is right next to it. Small room with extra bed or sofa (?) Bathroom separated in 2 different area between the shower room and toilet. Swimming pool was great though. Breakfast menu was standard, they only served variety of eggs, several Indonesian food and toast, 3 types of juice and some cereal. There's probably mosquitoes at night, but they already prepare each room with electric anti mosquitoes so thats okay.

The room was fine the TV was great with English channels. I flew in from another Indonesian city and flew into the Bali airport in the evening checked in, showered, took a walk down the strip and got some food went to be flew outta Bali.........nothing stuck out as terrible......hot shower ac all good easy to get a taxi to the airport in the morning.

What can I say but really disappointing. Have stayed many times at this hotel and always enjoyed it as can be seen by my previous reviews but it has really gone downhill since my last stay 12 months ago. Included buffet breakie was terrible and I never complain about the buffet, some are better than others but I always think it beats cooking at home and there are always eggs. However this was really poor. The milk jug looked horrible with floaties in it every morning - three of us were here for two weeks on two separate occasions over a month- the jams had lots of bee like bugs flying above them but no effort was made to fix the problem. The front of the buffet table was really filthy with what looked like spilt milk, juice and food down the front of it. The variety never changed other than little pork or beef sausages cut in half. They also now charge you extra if you want bacon. Plates are not filled up as they empty unless you ask for more. The biggest change however was the morning staff. No morning greeting, stood behind bar and did and said nothing. The poor boy left on during the day spoke little English and had no clue to what drinks, food etc you wanted. The rooms looked tired and slightly grubby as well.Need a paint job to spruce them up. The sheets were that awful old grey colour. Room service plates were left outside your room or at the pool for more than a day and rubbish on the tables wasn't cleared of either. Use to love their meals and quite often ate in our room or at the pool but they must have a different cook as the Ceaser Salad were yuk and not even a Ceaser, burger had became smaller and fish was overcooked so ate out after that. Could go on but no point. Don't know if management has changed but really disappointing. Must say the front staff are good and the guys cleaning your rooms do a great job and always super friendly and nice. Wont be staying again.

Price : Rp 380.000 for 2 night. A very cheap Staff : Humble, but i am cann't order a room service for dinner because the hotel have a Gala dinner. So ugly reason for me. Facility : AC, TV Cable, Hot Shower are normally operation. Swimming pool is clean, large. free wifii is very fast. Condition : Clean, comfort Location : at kuta center. 5 minutes to Kuta beach by walking, 15 minutes to aoir port by vehicle.

Several inch gap all around the pool side door letting in all manner of insects. This is an inherent design issue with the sliding doors and not just a maintenance issue. Toilet area has frequent sewage odor, need to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the smell out of the room. The final straw was the numerous rat sightings in the hallways and pool areas. Saw one first hand and moved out shortly after.

We usually stay here for the first night or 2 of our stay in Bali. Its close to the airport and has a lovely pool through the centre of the hotel and also has a fabulous massage therapist in their little spa room. These are the only 2 things which bring me back as rooms are tired and grey like their linen and towels. Bathroom is ok with good powerful hot water. Many of the staff are friendly enough but often disinterested and the restaurant was usually empty except at breakfast. Breakfast is average, price is ok too just dont expect too much.

The hotel is old and run down, but for $22 per night (no breakfast) I guess it's ok. My room was quite neglected. It had paint peeling off the walls, water damage across half of the ceiling with mould on it, a trail of ants running across the headboard of the bed to the floor and off to who knows where. The door to the room had a 1 inch gap underneath it. There is no security guard at all, even at night, if there was, I never saw him. The beds were hard as rock. I used to take pride knowing I am able to sleep virtually anywhere, but these mattresses and pillows were super cheap and nasty. I had a sore neck and back every morning. There was one fitted sheet and just one sheet on top, with no blanket at all. Positives; Shower water was hot within 30seconds, there were no nasty smells coming from the water or drains or toilet. The a/c worked fine. TV with Indovision worked fine. Personally, I will not stay here again because of the beds. I find it hard to recommend this place for more than a 1 or 2 night stay. I booked 4 nights and left after 3 because I couldn't bare to sleep another night in that torture bed.

Front of hotel (corridor), could be good impression if put some hanging plan. The room was okay,it's bigger but it's need to be re-cleaned again. The pool was nice, and cozy to sun bath. The lobby area if in the afternoon & evening (front office/reception) need more lighting.

The rooms could be cleaner, as well as the showers and toilets. They change sheets and towels on a daily basis, however they sometimes have some remaining stains or discolorations. The ceiling is leaking in certain rooms, and at the reception too, but this will remain unnoticed, unless your visit is during the rainy season. The breakfast is good, with the tiny exception of the coffee mugs, that could be a little cleaner. The staff is helpful and kind. Under average in every aspect except for the nice big pool with sunbeds, which are free for the guests. You'll most likely rather spend time there than in the room.

The hotel is nice and quiet. The prices are low and the staff is very kind. You get clean sheets and towels every day. And also 2 bottles of water and one toilet paper. The only problem is that the rooms are quite dusty and the sheets have some stains on them even though they are washed. It takes a while for the water to go away after you take a shower. Every room has an air conditioner.
