Such luxurious rooms in your own quiet villas. Amazing that they are so relaxing and peaceful in such a great location as well. The food is also incredible, delivered to your villa and with the option to have a floating breakfast in the pool. Simply incredible and can't wait to be back!
Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with large pool #823 based at the back of the resort. Had an amazing stay! My brother stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with plunge pool. Purchased accommodation via Luxury Escapes which was such a reasonable deal. Room was very comfortable with everything you need. Pool temperature was perfect! One of the best villas I’ve stayed in at Seminyak (this is my 5th trip)! Staff were sooo amazingly friendly & helpful. Location is perfect for happy hour at W with a walk down the W driveway based beside the resort to access the beach. Don’t go past Ayo Spa across the road for quality pedi’s and foot massages. Organic Cafe across the road is amazing for healthy smoothies, juices & other tasty snacks! Saigon Street has awesome lunch/dinner options. Don’t go past the snapper & prawn dumplings. Amazing!!!! Cocktails are great too! About a 10 minute walk to Sea Circus & Motel Mexicola which is a total must! Breakfast at the resort was lovely also. Spring rolls are amazing for lunch or dinner. So spoilt for choice in this area for food that we didn’t use a lot of the extras thrown into the package for the duration such as comp breakfasts and lunch/dinner. Spa was nice for comp massage, but again... so spoilt for choice with options nearby! Highly recommend for a totally relaxing break! I’ll be back again for sure!
We had an amazing time at the Kayana, the pool Villa was beautiful, the grounds are kept lovely. the staff go above and beyond to help with anything and a special mention to Mahendra and Tri in the restaurant, we enjoyed talking to them very much. The breakfasts were lovely with so much choice and freshly cooked pastries and fresh juices delicious. The amenities in the villa were great and we were even supplied with mosquito spray. We went out to eat of an evening so cannot comment on the meals. Our room was away from main reception so we didn't hear the noise of the traffic. our plunge pool was lovely to cool off in. we couldn't fault anything, thank you Kayana for a wonderful 25th Wedding Anniversary stay, lovely memories.
Firstly the service is nothing but polite and kind and friendly. I have to explain my review is from my own personal viewpoint. And I’d want to know these things. We were also asked everyday if there were any issues, but I think it’s hard and also pointless to discuss things that can’t be changed for the stay, but that may be because I found it uncomfortable to discuss. The furnishings need some updating. And the blinds are all manually put up and down and there are many, so it’s painful and they are also old and falling apart in spots. They do clean rooms every day which is great. Staff are so lovely. The set menu available on the escape deal gets so boring- and as only a couple of other guests were there dining at one time at the most, I think they could have just said anything on menu - but over a certain cost you pay the difference. Just an idea. The afternoon tea was also not really worthwhile I have to be honest. Nothing good about that sorry. We ordered banana fritters one day for dinner and got plantain starchy bananas ( completely inedible and worst I’ve ever eaten, so that could be reviewed ) they should only be for savoury dishes, some plantains can be used for sweet. The pool feels very open and very public which is why I’d say no one was ever seen it, more than just because the villas have pools. My husband loved the bed - I found it hard but slept, so it was fine. The birthday cake was a beautiful touch and room service is done with a smile. The spa is lovely and Martha is great at massage. The place is good if wanting to seclude yourself away, but we hung out at the W most days as a resort has a lot more to do and see. Great stay for honeymooners, or retired couple most likely. I truly hope I have not offended in any way, we appreciate the service.
I write as Ruvanivavuniya and has travelled extensively and at last in Bali;this property is beautifully situated and the villas are excellent that is to me as a well travelled asian. Westerners are different:they have no time to cook or eat well unlike the fortunate us pampered by domestics help at home: so don’t take there food habits seriously This hotel was Oozing with kindness genuinely - no manager did us witness :the goodness but ends there. Food beautifully presented but not tasteful to a fastidious asian. Villas are very good: be kind English is not understood will -so butler and reception does not come to me as assured and I need walk15 mins in the heat as go cart has gone to sleep. The weighing machine never worked Westerners rave but I leave with reservations
Rooms are well decorated with sofa and nice big bed, separate shower and toilet areas with designer amenities. Your own private pool awaits and a special floating breakfast can be arrange to be serve at your villa. The spa is immaculate and the after spa lounge and relax area is my favourite in the whole of Bali, lovely large lounge beds, private, with sounds of nature and subtle lighting served with delicious ginger tea and snacks. Wow will be back
Private villas with personal butlers. Great spa for massages (even one for those with a sunburn). Amazing staff and beautiful infinity pool. Very relaxing and within walking distance to the Potato Head Beach club.
As the price suggest and rightfully we got a very good service fron Kayana. We had issues with TV and out door lights playing up...otherwise all good. Location pretty central in seminyak. Staffs were fluent in english.
I stayed here with my wife for a long weekend in a one-bedroom pool villa. The villas are built in a traditional Balinese style and were a good size for the two of us. Having the private pool that we could just step into from our room or when we got back from walking around Seminyak was brilliant. We had two meals per day included, which was convenient but not essential as there are numerous restaurants options around Seminyak. The villas were convenient for bars like Ku De Ta, Potatohead and Woobar as well as all of the eating options in Seminyak. The walk to central Seminyak is around 10-15 minutes however there is a complimentary shuttle bus into Seminyak which makes that leg of the trip easier and cooler. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
My wife and I have been going to the Kayana and we love staying here! Great service, amazing rooms and close to great restaurants in the Semanyak area. The best part is the size of the private villa and private pool! Management is so good.Really Awesome Resort. The food was amazing. The service was amazing.
